PRICING FOR CHILDREN:

- 11 years and older: Full adult tour price.
NOTES:
- Children’s pricing assumes sharing a bed with parents. For a separate bed, the full tour price (100%) applies.
- Pricing applies to guests aged 12 to 69. Guests 70 and older must pay a premium insurance surcharge. Guests 75 and older require a health certificate from a competent medical authority and must be accompanied by a healthy relative under 60.

Japan Golden Route Tour: Nara – Tokyo Summer 2025
DAY 1: HANOI – KANSAI
20:30: Guests gather at the designated meeting point in Hanoi. The guide and bus pick up the group and proceed to Noi Bai Airport for check-in on flight VN334 (01:00 – 07:30) to Kansai Airport, Osaka.
DAY 2: KANSAI – NARA – OSAKA
Morning: Arrival at Kansai Airport, immigration procedures, then the bus and guide take the group to Nara to visit:
Nara Park: Famous for its freely roaming deer, considered messengers of the gods in Shinto tradition. The park’s over 1,000 deer are a symbol of Nara and a national treasure.
Todaiji Temple: Home to the Great Buddha (Vairocana), housed in the world’s largest wooden structure. Guests can take photos outside.
Osaka Castle: An ancient and majestic landmark (photo stop outside).
If time permits, explore and shop at the bustling Shinsaibashi – Nippon Bashi commercial area.
Evening: Dinner at a local restaurant, free time to explore the city at night. Overnight at a 3-star hotel or equivalent in Osaka.
DAY 3: OSAKA – KYOTO – NAGOYA
Morning: Breakfast, then experience a ride on the Shinkansen, Japan’s high-speed train, reaching speeds up to 300km/h. Visit:
Mount Fuji: Japan’s iconic symbol. If weather permits, ascend to Station 5 for stunning views of the snow-capped peak.
Oshino Hakkai Village: A tranquil ancient village at Mount Fuji’s base, preserving traditional Japanese architecture and now a perfectly curated tourist destination.
Shibazakura Festival (May): Held near Lake Motosu at Mount Fuji’s base, this festival features thousands of blooming shibazakura flowers in shades of pink to pale green, creating a romantic scene with Mount Fuji in the background.
Evening: Dinner and overnight at a hotel near Mount Fuji. Guests can enjoy a traditional Onsen hot spring bath, believed to relieve joint pain, fatigue, and other ailments.
DAY 4: MOUNT FUJI – TOKYO – NARITA
Morning: Breakfast, check-out, then travel to Tokyo to visit:
Asakusa Kannon Temple: Tokyo’s oldest temple, built in 645 during the Edo period, dedicated to Kannon (Avalokiteshvara). A hub for major annual festivals, with the vibrant Nakamise shopping street for souvenirs.
Tokyo Skytree: Admire the tower from the Sumida River (tower ascent not included).
If time permits, shop at Akihabara or Ginza, Tokyo’s premier shopping districts.
Evening: Dinner and overnight at a hotel near Narita Airport.
DAY 5: NARITA – HANOI
Morning: Breakfast, then transfer to Narita Airport for check-in on flight VN311 (09:30 – 13:15) to Noi Bai Airport, Hanoi. Guests can shop for duty-free goods at the airport.

- If unable to join the tour, guests must notify the company and incur the following cancellation fees:
+) Immediately after booking: 10% of the total tour price.
+) 30 days prior: 60% of the total tour price.
+) 21 days prior: 80% of the total tour price.
+) 14 days prior or less: 100% of the total tour price.
- If the company has booked services and the guest’s visa is denied, a deposit fee of 10,000,000 VND applies.
- Cancellation periods are based on working days, excluding weekends, holidays, and Tet.
- Policies may change during holidays, Tet, or peak seasons.
- Force Majeure: In cases of terrorism, natural disasters, or changes/cancellations of public transportation (flights, trains, etc.), the company reserves the right to alter the itinerary for guest convenience and safety without liability for additional damages.
