3.3 Our Services

Platform Services

FindtourGo provides a digital marketplace where:

  • Tour operators can list their travel services.
  • Travelers can search, compare, and book travel products.
  • We facilitate payments and communications between parties.

Third-Party Services

We act as an intermediary connecting you with third-party tour operators and service providers. While we screen our partners, we do not own, operate, or control the travel services offered by these third parties.

Service Availability

Our Platform is provided on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access and reserve the right to modify or discontinue services with reasonable notice.

3.4 Booking and Payment Terms

Booking Process

  • All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by the tour operator.
  • Prices displayed are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) unless otherwise stated.
  • Total costs include all applicable taxes and fees as disclosed during booking.
  • A booking is confirmed only when you receive our confirmation email.

Payment

  • Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.
  • We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other displayed payment methods.
  • All payments are processed securely through our authorized payment partners.
  • You authorize us to charge your payment method for the total booking amount.

Pricing and Fees

  • Prices are subject to change until booking confirmation.
  • We may charge service fees as disclosed during the booking process.
  • Currency conversion rates may apply for international transactions.

3.5 Cancellation and Refund Policy

Your Right to Cancel

Under Singapore's Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) (Cancellation of Contracts) Regulations, you may cancel certain bookings within the cooling-off period, where applicable.

Cancellation Terms

Refund Processing

Force Majeure

In cases of force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions), standard cancellation terms may be modified in accordance with Singapore law and industry standards.

3.6 Travel Documentation and Requirements

Your Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

  • Obtaining valid passports, visas, and travel documents.
  • Meeting health and vaccination requirements.
  • Complying with immigration and customs regulations.
  • Verifying entry requirements for your destinations.

Travel Advisories

We recommend checking current travel advisories from the Singapore Ministry of Foreign Affairs and relevant destination authorities before traveling.

3.7 Prohibited Uses

You may not use our Platform to:

  • Violate any Singapore or international laws or regulations.
  • Infringe intellectual property rights.
  • Upload malicious code or attempt to breach our security.
  • Engage in fraudulent activities or money laundering.
  • Harass, threaten, or harm other users.
  • Create fake accounts or misrepresent your identity.
  • Interfere with the proper functioning of our Platform.

3.8 Intellectual Property

Our Rights

All content on our Platform—text, graphics, logos, software, and design elements—is owned by TASTECH or licensed to us and is protected by Singapore and international intellectual property laws.

User Content

By posting content on our Platform, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, and display such content for our business purposes.

Respect for Third-Party Rights

You must not post content that infringes the intellectual property rights of others.

3.9 Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Service Disclaimers

  • We act solely as an intermediary and are not responsible for the travel services provided by third-party operators.
  • We make no warranties regarding the quality, safety, or legality of such services.
  • Travel involves inherent risks which you accept by participating.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Singapore law:

  • Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific booking.
  • We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
  • We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, or changes made by operators.
  • We are not liable for personal injury, property damage, or other losses during travel.
  • We are not liable for any losses, damages, or additional costs arising from force majeure, including but not limited to:
    • Natural disasters (earthquakes, tsunamis, floods, volcanic eruptions)
    • Pandemics, epidemics, or public health emergencies
    • War, terrorism, civil unrest, or political instability
    • Government actions, travel restrictions, or border closures
    • Labor strikes or transportation disruptions
    • Infrastructure or technological breakdowns affecting services
  • In such events, we will assist with rebooking or refunds in accordance with operator policies, but assume no financial liability beyond undistributed funds.

Consumer Protection Rights

Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under Singapore's Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act.

3.10 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TASTECH, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

  • Your use of our Platform.
  • Your violation of these Terms.
  • Your violation of any rights of third parties.
  • Your travel activities or conduct.

3.11 Dispute Resolution

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Singapore courts.

Alternative Dispute Resolution

Before initiating court proceedings, please contact our customer service team. For consumer disputes, you may also seek help from:

  • Consumers Association of Singapore (CASE)
  • Small Claims Tribunals (for claims up to S$20,000)
  • Singapore Tourism Board's consumer protection services

International Disputes

For disputes involving international elements, parties may submit to the jurisdiction of the Singapore International Commercial Court (SICC) where applicable.
