PRICING FOR CHILDREN:
- Under 2 years: 20% of the adult tour price (sharing a bed with adults).
- Aged 2 to under 11: 90% of the adult tour price (sharing a bed with adults). One adult can accompany only one child; for a second child, the adult rate applies for an additional bed.
- 11 years and older: Full adult tour price.
NOTES:
- Children’s pricing assumes sharing a bed with parents. For a separate bed, the full tour price (100%) applies.
- Pricing applies to guests aged 12 to 69. Guests 70 and older must pay a premium insurance surcharge. Guests 75 and older require a health certificate from a competent medical authority and must be accompanied by a healthy relative under 60.
- Tour prices may change due to airline fuel surcharges or entry document fee adjustments.
- The itinerary and flight schedules may vary depending on the specific departure date.
- Passports must be valid for at least 6 months from the departure date.
- The itinerary may adjust based on actual conditions (e.g., weather, traffic), but all listed attractions will be visited.
- Minimum group size: 10 or 15 guests (depending on the quoted price). If fewer, the price will be adjusted or the tour postponed to the next departure date.
- If a guest is denied entry or cancels after submitting documents but before visa results (and outside the cancellation penalty period), a service fee of 1,000,000 VND applies.
- For guests with relatives at the destination wishing to join, contact the company prior to departure.
- 3-star or 4-star hotel accommodation, 2 guests per room (for odd numbers, guests will be placed in a triple room or can pay a single room supplement for a private room).

- If unable to join the tour, guests must notify the company and incur the following cancellation fees:
+) Immediately after booking: 10% of the total tour price.
+) 30 days prior: 60% of the total tour price.
+) 21 days prior: 80% of the total tour price.
+) 14 days prior or less: 100% of the total tour price.
- If the company has booked services and the guest’s visa is denied, a deposit fee of 10,000,000 VND applies.
- Cancellation periods are based on working days, excluding weekends, holidays, and Tet.
- Policies may change during holidays, Tet, or peak seasons.
- Force Majeure: In cases of terrorism, natural disasters, or changes/cancellations of public transportation (flights, trains, etc.), the company reserves the right to alter the itinerary for guest convenience and safety without liability for additional damages.
