🛫 Day 1: Hanoi – Kansai/Chubu (Overnight on the plane)

 		 Evening: Gather at the meeting point in Hanoi. Transfer to Noi Bai Airport for Vietnam Airlines flight VN334 (01:00 - 07:30) or VN348 (00:20 - 06:50) to Kansai Airport (Osaka) or Chubu Airport (Nagoya).

- Afternoon: Lunch, then transfer to Haneda Airport for Vietnam Airlines flight VN385 (16:35 - 20:15) to Hanoi.
- Evening: Arrive at Noi Bai Airport, end of tour.

Cancellation Policy - Cancellation after booking: 85% penalty of the deposit. - Cancellation 14 days before departure: 75% penalty of the total tour price. - Cancellation after the above period: 100% penalty of the total tour price. - Cancellation time is calculated based on working days (excluding weekends and holidays). Tour Change Policy - 45 days before departure: Free tour change + visa cancellation fee (if applicable). - 30 days before departure: 30% penalty of the total tour price + visa cancellation fee (if applicable). - 21 days before departure: 50% penalty of the total tour price + visa cancellation fee (if applicable). - Less than 21 days before departure: No tour changes allowed. Important Notes - Passport must be valid for at least 6 months from the departure date. Minimum of 10-15 passengers required for departure. - Visa rejection or cancellation before visa approval incurs a $40 (approx. 1,000,000 VND) fee. - Changes due to force majeure (natural disasters, terrorism, etc.) are not the responsibility of the tour operator.
