Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation after booking: 85% penalty of the deposit.
- Cancellation 14 days before departure: 75% penalty of the total tour price.
- Cancellation after the above period: 100% penalty of the total tour price.
- Cancellation time is calculated based on working days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Tour Change Policy
- 45 days before departure: Free tour change + visa cancellation fee (if applicable).
- 30 days before departure: 30% penalty of the total tour price + visa cancellation fee (if applicable).
- 21 days before departure: 50% penalty of the total tour price + visa cancellation fee (if applicable).
- Less than 21 days before departure: No tour changes allowed.
Important Notes
- Passport must be valid for at least 6 months from the departure date.
Minimum of 10-15 passengers required for departure.
- Visa rejection or cancellation before visa approval incurs a $40 (approx. 1,000,000 VND) fee.
- Changes due to force majeure (natural disasters, terrorism, etc.) are not the responsibility of the tour operator.
Price Includes
- Round-trip airfare (Hanoi – Japan – Hanoi) with Vietnam Airlines.
- Luggage allowance: 2 checked bags (23kg each) + 1 carry-on (12kg) per passenger.
- 3-star hotel accommodation (twin-sharing room).
- Meals: Breakfast, lunch, and dinner as per the itinerary (Japanese cuisine).
- Single-entry visa to Japan.
- Air-conditioned coach for transportation throughout the tour.
- Entrance fees for all attractions mentioned in the itinerary.
- International travel insurance.
- English/Vietnamese-speaking tour guide.
Price Excludes
- Personal expenses, overweight luggage, phone calls, laundry, and optional activities.
- Meals not included in the itinerary.
- Tipping: $42 per person for the entire tour.
- Single supplement fee: $300 (if applicable).
- Re-entry visa to Vietnam for foreign nationals.
- VAT invoice (request in advance).
- Flight change fees or upgrades.
