CHILDREN PRICES:
From 2 – under 11 years old: 90% of adult tour price (sharing bed with adults). An adult can only accompany 1 child. In case of 2 children accompanying, pay for 1 child as an adult to get an extra bed.
11 years and older: pay as adults.
Car pick-up and drop-off at Noi Bai airport, car to visit the places in the program. Round-trip airfare Hanoi - Incheon - Hanoi (including passengers: 10 kg carry-on and 20 kg checked baggage/01 piece), airport tax of 2 countries, aviation security tax and fuel surcharge
3 - 4* standard hotel (2 people/room; odd number of men or women will use 3-person room.

NOTE:
Price is calculated for children sleeping in the same bed with parents. If you request a separate bed for children, please pay 100% of the tour price.
Prices apply to customers from 12 to 80 years old; customers over 80 years old are required to have a certificate of good health to travel abroad issued by a competent health authority and must be accompanied by a healthy relative under 60 years old.
Tour prices may change when airlines increase fuel surcharges and visa fees change.
Flight schedules and schedules may change depending on the specific departure date.
Passport must be valid for more than 6 months (from departure date)
The program may change order according to actual situation, but still ensures to visit all attractions.
The minimum number of departing passengers is 10 or 15 people (depending on the unit price). If the number of departing passengers is less, the price will be adjusted to match the actual number or postponed to the next departure date.
In case the customer is denied a visa or cancels after submitting the application but has not received the visa result but before the above cancellation penalty period, the visa service fee will be charged according to the tour regulations of 1,000,000 VND.
If you have relatives in the host country who would like to join the program, please contact the Company before departure.
TOUR CHANGE POLICY (after confirmation):
In case you cannot attend the tour, please notify the Company and pay the cancellation fee as follows:
Cancel immediately after booking tour: 10% of total tour price
Cancellation 30 days in advance: 60% of total tour price
Cancellation 21 days in advance: 80% of total tour price
Cancellation 14 days in advance: 100% of total tour price
In case the travel company has booked the service, you are not granted a visa leading to tour cancellation, you will still have to pay a deposit of 10,000,000 VND.
Tour cancellation time is calculated for working days of the week, excluding weekends and holidays.
Policy may change during holidays or peak season.
** In objective cases such as terrorism, natural disasters... or due to incidents, changes in schedules of public transport such as airplanes, trains... the Company reserves the right to change the route at any time for the convenience and safety of customers and will not be responsible for compensating for any damages that may arise.**
