If you are unable to attend the tour, please notify the company. Cancellation fees apply as follows:
Immediately after booking: 10% of the total tour price
30 days before departure: 60% of the total tour price
21 days before departure: 80% of the total tour price
14 days before departure: 100% of the total tour price
If the company has already booked services and the customer is unable to obtain a visa, a deposit fee of 10,000,000 VND will still be charged.
Cancellation time is calculated on working days only (excluding weekends and public holidays). Policies may change during peak seasons or holidays.
In case of unforeseen events such as terrorism, natural disasters, or changes in transportation schedules (flights, trains, etc.), the company reserves the right to modify the itinerary at any time for the convenience and safety of customers. The company is not liable for any arising damages or compensation.
