International Airport Tax, Fuel Surcharge, Visa Fees and Personal Travel Insurance are subject to change at any time, and will be adjusted to participants before departure. We have the right to issue plane, train and other transportation tickets, accommodation, entrance tickets to tourist attractions without providing verbal or written confirmation to Participants who have made a deposit for the convenience and smooth running of the Tour planning. For requests for extensions (EXTEND) / deviations that have been approved, fees will be charged according to the airline's provisions and cannot be returned to the original schedule. We are not responsible for any policies or decisions issued by the Embassy regarding Visa document applications, including but not limited to applications that cannot be accepted/rejected, failure to meet the deadline for completing Visa processing until the Tour departure date, either due to additional requirements requested by the Embassy or for other reasons not informed by the Embassy, then this is the policy of the relevant Embassy. This also includes collective applications, namely Visa applications made by groups or families, if Visas can only be issued to several Participants in the group/family members only, while other Participants in the group or other family members do not get Visas. We do not have the authority to approve, reject or delay the Visa application process. The decision to accept or reject is entirely the authority of the Embassy of the relevant country. Visa fees paid are non-refundable, even if the visa application is rejected by the Embassy. Participants will be subject to cancellation and other administrative fees (if any) in accordance with the provisions set by the airline, hotel, and other relevant service providers, which will be calculated against the participant's deposit. We will do our best to assist service providers in minimizing the amount of fines imposed on participants. The itinerary is subject to change and rotation based on the conditions of each flight and hotel in each city/country. If exhibitions/conferences are taking place in the cities visited during the tour period, or if the hotels offered are full, hotels of comparable quality in nearby cities will be substituted. If Force Majeure occurs (conditions beyond our control and / or Service Provider) or other conditions that impact the security, safety and / or comfort of Participants during the implementation of the Tour, then if there is a change / cancellation / reduction / addition to the Tour schedule, Participants cannot request a refund of the Tour Fee either in part / in full, bear the excess Tour Fee if the Tour exceeds the specified schedule due to Force Majeure conditions and conditions that disrupt the security, safety and / or comfort of Participants. Participants who cancel/change the date/change the tour program for any reason before the departure date will be charged a cancellation fee with the following provisions: after registration: Registration Deposit (Non-Refundable). 45 – 30 calendar days before departure date: 50% of the cost 29 – 15 calendar days before departure date: 75% of the cost 14 calendar days before departure date: 100% of the tour cost
