Osaka – Kobe – Kyoto – Nagoya – Mount Fuji – Tokyo

DAY 1: HANOI – OSAKA (OVERNIGHT ON BOARD) 8:30 PM: 

Gather at the central meeting point in Thong Nhat Park, Hanoi. Your vehicle and tour guide will transfer you to Noi Bai Airport for check-in and your flight VN334 to Osaka (00:15-06:40). You’ll spend the night on the plane.

DAY 2: OSAKA – KOBE – OSAKA (BREAKFAST, LUNCH, DINNER) 6:40 AM: 

Your plane lands at Osaka Airport. After completing immigration and collecting luggage, you’ll enjoy a light breakfast on the bus as you travel for sightseeing. Visit Kobe Port Tower, the famous symbol of Kobe port city. Built in 1963 with a height of 108 meters, its main color is reddish-pink. The tower's architecture is inspired by the traditional Tsuzumi drum (photos from outside). 

Explore Hakutsuru Sake Brewery Museum, showcasing fascinating information about the sake brewing process in Japan. 

Lunch: Enjoy grilled Kobe beef at a restaurant. Visit Osaka Castle, the iconic symbol of Osaka city and one of Japan's most famous castles, known for its ancient beauty and long history. You'll admire the surrounding scenery and take photos from outside the castle. If time permits, you’ll have free time for shopping in the bustling Shinsaibashi district of Osaka, offering high-quality Japanese domestic goods and attractive promotions. 

Evening: The group will have dinner at a restaurant and stay overnight at Hotel Awina Hotel or similar.

DAY 3: OSAKA – ANCIENT CAPITAL KYOTO – NAGOYA (BREAKFAST, LUNCH, DINNER) 

Morning: Enjoy breakfast at the hotel, check out, and then travel to Kyoto for sightseeing. Visit Fushimi Inari Shrine (Shrine of 1000 Torii Gates), dedicated to Inari, the god of bountiful harvests and prosperous business. The seemingly endless path of vibrant orange Torii gates winding up Mount Inari creates an impressive sight and is one of Japan's most famous images. 

Lunch: The group will have lunch at a restaurant. Experience wearing a traditional Kimono. Enjoy free time for sightseeing and shopping at Mitsui Outlet Park Jazz Dream Nagashima

Evening: Have dinner at a restaurant, check into your hotel, and relax for the night at Travelodge Nagoya Sakae or similar.

DAY 4: NAGOYA – MOUNT FUJI (BREAKFAST, LUNCH, DINNER) 

Morning: Enjoy breakfast at the hotel, check out. Then, the group will experience a ride on the Shinkansen (bullet train) at a speed of 300km/h, a source of Japanese pride. Visit Mount Fuji, Japan's highest mountain at 3776 meters above sea level. It is a scenic spot, a historical site, and a recognized World Cultural Heritage site. You will ascend to the 5th station at an altitude of 2,300m for a clearer view of Mount Fuji (weather permitting). 

Lunch: The group will have lunch at a restaurant. Continue sightseeing. Visit Oshino Hakkai ancient village, one of the most beautiful places to admire Mount Fuji in Japan. Here, you can leisurely stroll along small dirt paths, surrounded by poetic dark green pine bushes. Take photos with ancient moss-covered houses, vegetable and corn gardens, and crystal-clear ponds reflecting old trees. Experience feeding swans at Lake Yamanaka. Swan Lake is the largest and highest among the five lakes around Mount Fuji, possessing a rare poetic and serene beauty. Its clear blue waters reflect the majestic Mount Fuji and surrounding mountain ranges, creating a stunning natural landscape. 

Evening: The group will have dinner at the hotel. You’ll have the chance to experience an Onsen hot spring bath, where you can relax in the natural, picturesque hot mineral water. It is believed that hot springs help treat joint pain and reduce stress. Overnight stay at Fujizakura Hotel or similar near Mount Fuji.

DAY 5: TOKYO CITY TOUR (BREAKFAST, LUNCH, DINNER) 

Morning: Enjoy breakfast and check out from your hotel. The group will go sightseeing. Visit Oishi Park.

  • June – July: Enjoy the romantic Lavender fields, a major attraction at Oishi Park. From June to July each year, visitors can explore and admire a dreamy purple landscape with the gentle fragrance of lavender.
  • September – October: See Kokia grass fields. This is a characteristic autumn sight, fully enjoyed from Lake Kawaguchi – surrounded by Kokia fields turning red, with the majestic Mount Fuji, a symbol of Japan, in the distance. 

Lunch: The group will have lunch at a local restaurant. Afterward, transfer to Tokyo for sightseeing. Visit Asakusa Kannon Temple, also known as Senso-ji, the oldest temple in Tokyo and the center of the annual Sanja Matsuri festival. The path leading to the temple is lined with shops selling samurai souvenirs, Kimono national costumes, and more. 

Take photos outside Tokyo Skytree, the world's tallest TV tower, from the Sumida River. Enjoy free time for sightseeing and shopping in the Akihabara electronics district. 

Evening: The group will have dinner at a restaurant and enjoy a Geisha Show. Geisha are known as one of the symbols of traditional culture in the Land of the Rising Sun. With a history spanning centuries, a Geisha Show offers a spectacular performance showcasing many subtle and graceful aspects of Japanese culture. Overnight stay at Hotel Il Fiore Kasai or similar.

DAY 6: TOKYO – HANOI (BREAKFAST, LUNCH) 

Morning: Enjoy breakfast at the hotel, check out. The group will go sightseeing. Take photos outside the Imperial Palace, the residence and workplace of the Japanese Imperial Family. Visit and take panoramic photos of Odaiba Bay, famous for its Rainbow Bridge, and a replica of the Statue of Liberty at Odaiba Seaside Park

Lunch: The group will have lunch at a local restaurant. The vehicle will transfer you to Haneda International Airport for your flight VN385 back to Hanoi (16:35-19:55). 7:55 PM: Arrive at Noi Bai Airport. 

The vehicle will transfer the group back to the initial meeting point. End of the program.

Syarat dan ketentuan

Passport Validity: Vietnamese passport holders are responsible for ensuring their passport is valid for at least 6 months beyond the date of re-entry into Vietnam. For foreign passport holders, please verify requirements with the tour organizer. Cosmetic Surgery: If you have undergone cosmetic surgery, please obtain a new passport after the procedure. If you use your old passport (pre-surgery) and are denied entry/exit by immigration, you will be fully responsible for a 100% tour cancellation fee, airfare costs back to Vietnam (if applicable), and any other expenses incurred due to denial of entry/exit. Tour Registration: When booking, please carefully read the program, tour price, inclusions, exclusions, tour conditions, and cancellation policy on the registration form. If someone else registers on your behalf, please ensure you thoroughly understand the program from that person. Required Documents for Registration: When registering for the tour, please present a photocopy or original of the following: A valid ordinary passport (valid for at least 6 months from the tour end date). Children are also required to have a passport. Changes to Departure Date (for small groups): The departure date may be changed if: The group does not reach a minimum of 15 participants 10 days before departure. The planned departure date is affected by force majeure events such as natural disasters, floods, wars, or epidemics. Name Consistency: The customer's name on the tour registration or the list of group members provided to the travel company must exactly match the name on the passport. Airlines will refuse carriage if names do not match according to regulations. The travel company will not be responsible for cases where customers provide incorrect names or fail to meet the above requirements. Senior Travelers: Guests aged 70 to under 75 are required to sign a health commitment with the Company. Guests aged 75 and above are required to provide a doctor's certificate confirming full fitness for international travel, plus a health commitment signed with the Company. They must also be accompanied by a healthy family member under 60 years old. Minors Traveling Without Parents: Children under 18 traveling with relatives (not parents) must have a notarized authorization letter from their local ward (two copies). One copy for the embassy, one for the tour guide to present at immigration. Viet Kieu/Foreigners with Separate Visas: If you are an overseas Vietnamese or a foreign national with a separate visa, you must carry it with you during the tour. Pregnant Travelers: Pregnant guests must inform the tour consultant at the time of booking for additional advice. Pregnant guests from 5 months onwards will not be accepted for safety reasons. Flight & Itinerary Changes: Flight schedules are subject to change by airlines without prior notice. Depending on actual conditions, the order of attractions in the program may change but will still cover all listed attractions. The company reserves the right to modify the itinerary in case of any force majeure factors (traffic jams, natural disasters, incidents, conflicts, etc.) affecting guest safety. Individual Changes: All changes must be agreed upon with the group leader. We cannot accommodate individual changes. If changes affect the itinerary or services (e.g., skipping attractions, services), guests must accept any resulting additional costs. Changes must be feasible and based on actual conditions. Pre-booked Services: Services are booked and paid for in advance; therefore, if group members separate from the group or do not use services, no refunds will be given. Adherence to Itinerary: Guests booking the tour are requested to travel with and return with the group as per the itinerary. We only organize pure sightseeing tours, so guests are not permitted to voluntarily separate from the group throughout the journey. During the trip, guests are not allowed to automatically add family members or acquaintances to the vehicle without prior service agreement with us; we have the right to refuse service for such cases. Walking & Breaks: The tour itinerary often involves significant walking and and may not include specific rest breaks during the day. Seasonal Blooms/Colors: The blooming period of flowers and leaf color changes can be significantly affected by external weather conditions, leading to early or late displays. This is considered a force majeure event, and we ask for your understanding. Mandatory Tips: Tipping is an international custom when traveling abroad and is mandatory. Guests are kindly requested to pay tips to the tour guide during the tour, including children aged 2 and above. Hotel Location: Hotels may be located further from city centers during peak seasons in Japan, such as cherry blossom season, Golden Week, April 30th, and national holidays.
