The down payment is IDR 8 million per person. Group departures must be at least 15 participants. If there are less than 15 participants, AntaVaya Tour has the right to adjust the tour price. The travel schedule and departure date may change according to conditions to ensure the smooth running of the tour. Tour prices can change at any time if there are changes in foreign exchange rates or increases in airline ticket prices, surcharges (additional costs) during convention and fair periods in the destination city/country while the tour has not yet departed. Tour prices do not include costs that may arise if participants change their flight tickets or tour itineraries. If a visa is denied, participants will still be charged a booking deposit and ticket administration fee due to the deadline for issuing group tickets. Visa fees and requirements may change at any time according to exchange rates, prices and policies of the embassy. According to the provisions of the Embassy, ​​visa fees are still paid even if the visa is rejected. Triple sharing category means 1 room occupied by 3 adults and generally in some hotels there can be an additional extra bed / sofa bed according to existing hotel standards. Tour payment must be made no later than 30 days before the tour departure date.
