How to List Tours on Findtourgo: A 3-Step Guide for Operators

You have a verified account and a professional profile. Now, it is time for the most important part: putting your products on the digital shelf. As a comprehensive tour listing & booking platform for operators, Findtourgo makes it easy to showcase your unique travel experiences to the world.

In this guide, we will walk you through the process to list tours on Findtourgo using three simple tabs: Overview, Itinerary, and Price.

Step 1: Set Up the Overview

First, log in to your dashboard and navigate to Tour Management. Then, click the orange “+ Create” button on the top right.

Select the correct language when you list tours on Findtourgo

In the Overview tab, you need to provide the core details:

  • Tour Name: Create a catchy and clear title.
  • Language: This is crucial. Please make sure to select the correct language for your tour content (e.g., English, Vietnamese, Chinese).
  • Basic Info: Fill in the Tour Category, Travel Type, and Duration.

Step 2: Build the Itinerary

Next, switch to the Itinerary tab. This is where you tell the story of the trip to persuade potential partners on this platform to list tours for B2B agencies.

Add detailed itineraries and images to your tour listing
  • Day-by-Day Detail: Add a title and description for Day 1, Day 2, and so on .
  • Images: Visuals are key. You must upload at least 5 high-quality images. Moreover, we recommend adding photos to specific itinerary days to make the experience tangible.
  • Save: Remember to click “Save” after finishing each section to prevent data loss.

Step 3: Configure Price & Schedules

Finally, move to the Price & Schedules tab to set up your commercial terms.

1. Pricing

  • Currency: Ensure you select the correct currency for your target market.
  • Rates: You can set different prices based on group size (Min/Max Pax) .

2. Schedules

Findtourgo offers flexible departure options to suit your operations:

  • Daily: The tour runs every day.
  • Fixed Dates: Specific departure dates only.
  • Recurring Weekdays: Runs on specific days (e.g., every Monday and Friday).

Additionally, you only need to select the departure date; the system will automatically calculate the end date based on the duration.

The process to list tours on Findtourgo is designed to be intuitive yet powerful. Once you have filled in all three sections, simply click “Publish” to go live.
