In this guide, we will show you the process of creating an invoice that automatically syncs data from an existing order.

The 3-Step Process to Create and Send Invoices
To start, ensure you have already created an Order for the customer.
Step 1: Access Invoice Management
First, on the left sidebar menu of the dashboard, select the Invoice section. The interface will display a list of all created invoices and their payment statuses.

To make a new one, click the orange “Create Invoice” button on the top right.
Step 2: Sync Data from Order
A form will appear. Here, you do not need to fill in every line manually. Instead, follow this trick to create invoice on Findtourgo quickly:

- Select Order Code: In the “Order code” field, choose the booking code corresponding to your customer.
- Auto-fill: The system will automatically populate fields like Customer Name, Product Information, Unit Price, and Total Amount based on the original order .
- Set Dates: Simply select the Issued Date and Due Date .
Step 3: Update Payment Info & Send
For the customer to know where to transfer money, you must fill in your receiving account details at the bottom.

- Payment Information: Enter your Bank Name, Account Name, and Account Number accurately .
- Save: After checking everything, click “Save”. The invoice will be created in Draft mode.
Finally, you can open the invoice details and choose Download PDF to send via email/chat or send it directly from the system.
