Late arrivals after check-in counters close will be treated as no-shows and incur cancellation fees equivalent to a missed departure. The company holds no responsibility in such cases.
- Customers are responsible for complying with entry and exit regulations of the host countries. If refused entry, the company will not refund any costs, and the customer will bear any additional expenses incurred.
- Foreign nationals must have a valid entry visa for Vietnam as of the departure date.
- For visa requirements for foreign nationals/Vietnamese overseas, please check whether your visa allows multiple entries or single entry. Customers must bring two 4x6 photos (white background) and their entry visa to Vietnam when leaving and re-entering the country.
- The company is exempt from liability during the tour if force majeure events occur, such as weather conditions, natural disasters, epidemics, strikes, riots, wars, or delays/cancellations of flights, trains, or buses due to weather or technical issues. In such cases, the company will refund the tour fee after deducting the costs of services already provided (such as visa fees, airfare, accommodation, etc.) and will not compensate for any additional costs.
- Customers are NOT ALLOWED to separate from the tour during the entire trip or STAY IN JAPAN BEYOND THE RETURN DATE. If customers leave the group and skip designated sightseeing or shopping spots, they will be charged a fee of 100 USD per spot, and all services for that day will be at their own expense. This is to ensure customer safety and comply with immigration and accommodation regulations of the host country, so please strictly follow the rules.
