Day 1 : HANOI – OSAKA - KOBE (Lunch, Dinner)
NIGHT BEFORE DAY 01
You gather at Vietravel company 03 Hai Ba Trung. Car and tour guide pick you up to Noi Bai airport to check in for Vietnam Airlines flight to Japan. Direct flight from Hanoi to Osaka in the early morning.
You spend the night on the plane.
DAY 01:
The group arrives at Osaka International Airport. After completing immigration procedures, the car and tour guide will pick up the group and take them to Osaka city center and move to Kobe city - Japan's third largest port city, the administrative center of Hyogo province.
- The group will visit a Sake brewery - visitors can learn about the process of making sake - a traditional drink that is indispensable in festivals as well as in the daily life of Japanese people.
- You can see the bustling seaport at Kobe Harbourland - a commercial complex facing Osaka Bay, redeveloped from the old factory site.
Enjoy lunch with famous Kobe beef prepared by a professional chef and served right at your table.
Afternoon, the car takes the group to visit and take pictures of cherry blossoms at Osaka Castle (outside).
The group went shopping at the bustling shopping center of Dontonbori/ Shinsaibashi
Overnight at Osaka Plaza Hotel or similar
Day 2 : OSAKA - KYOTO - NAGOYA (3 meals)
You have breakfast and check out of the hotel.
The group moved to Kyoto city, experiencing a Shinkansen train ride from Shin-Osaka to Kyoto at a speed of 200km/h, a famous means of transport in Japan.
- Visit the Arashiyama Bamboo Forest - a place that attracts many domestic and foreign tourists to Japan every year. When the sunlight shines through the bamboo forest, straight down on the towering bamboo trees like towers, it creates a magical, beautiful and shimmering scene.
- Visit the ancient capital of Kyoto with: Golden Temple - a 3-story temple of the Shokoku-ji sect of the Rinzai sect and built in 1397.
Lunch at the restaurant.
After lunch, the group moved to Nagoya.
Dinner at restaurant. Overnight at hotel in Nagoya area ( Mystay Nagoya Nishiki Hotel or similar)
Day 3 : NAGOYA - MOUNT FUJI (3 meals)
You have breakfast at the hotel.
After breakfast, the group departs for Mount Fuji.
- Mount Fuji: symbol of the land of the rising sun, recognized as a world cultural heritage (at the actual time, the group will visit station 5 (depending on the actual weather conditions, the Japanese Government will allow visitors to visit the station).
- Oshino Hakkai ancient village at the foot of Mount Fuji. This ancient village is an interesting destination for tourists who love to explore the intact old way of life of the Japanese people.
In the afternoon, the group went shopping at the bustling Gotemba outlet shopping area .
Dinner at restaurant. Overnight at hotel at Mount Fuji - experience Onsen bath, traditional Japanese bathing style. (Hotel in Yamanashi)
Day 4 : MOUNT FUJI – TOKYO (3 meals)
You have breakfast and check out of the hotel.
Then the group moved to Tokyo city.
- Visit the ancient Asakusa Kannon Temple , from here the group can take photos of Tokyo Sky Tree Tower.
- Visit Nakamise Street , Located just a short distance between the two entrance gates to the Golden Temple of Quan Am, Nakamise shopping street is always crowded and bustling with tourists coming to shop and admire the antiquity.
The group had lunch at the restaurant. Then continued to visit:
- The Imperial Palace of Japan was built on the former site of Edo Castle - a large park surrounded by lakes and stone walls right in the heart of Tokyo. This is also the current residence of the Japanese Royal Family (taken outside)
- The group visits and shops in Ginza - a luxury shopping area or Akihabara - a household electrical appliance area.
Dinner at restaurant. Overnight at hotel in Tokyo.
- March - April: Cherry blossom viewing at Sumida River (Or Ueno Park) : You can take beautiful photos of cherry blossoms here with over 600 Japanese cherry trees and the image of the towering Tokyo Skytree in the background

DAY 5: TOKYO - HANOI (Breakfast, Lunch)
You have breakfast at the hotel.
You will visit Odaiba Bay - take pictures with the replica of the Statue of Liberty and shop here.
Lunch at the restaurant.
After that, you will go to the airport to check in for your flight back to Hanoi. Upon arrival at Noi Bai airport, Vietravel's car will pick you up and take you back to the city. Say goodbye and end the tour.

- Time & itinerary may change the order of destinations depending on actual conditions and duration of use of tourist vehicles according to regulations in Japan - From May 1, 2024, maximum 10 hours/day.
- The blooming season and the yellow and red leaf season are easily affected by outside weather conditions. This is a case of force majeure, we hope you understand and sympathize.
- The hotel can be located about 1-1.5 hours away from the city center by car during Japan's peak seasons such as Cherry Blossom, Golden Week (April 30; May 1), holidays, New Year, etc.
IMPORTANT NOTICE Regarding tax obligations before departure
- To ensure a smooth exit process, you, as a business owner, business owner, or individual with the obligation to pay Personal Income Tax (PIT), need to proactively fulfill all tax obligations before leaving the country.

- Vietravel is not responsible in case you are denied exit due to not fulfilling tax obligations.

Tour cancellation conditions for weekdays - 25 days before departure (working days): 25% penalty - 14 - 24 days before departure (working days): 50% penalty - 10 - 13 days before departure (working days): 70% penalty - 2- 9 days before departure (working days): 90% penalty - 1 day before departure (working days): 100% penalty Tour cancellation conditions for holidays - 45 days before departure (working days): 25% penalty - 30 - 44 days before departure (working days): 50% penalty - 25 - 29 days before departure (working days): 70% penalty - 10 - 24 days before departure (working days): 90% penalty tour - 1 - 9 days before departure (working days): 100% tour fee penalty For holidays: Cancellation fee will depend on the regulations of airlines and service providers abroad. Force majeure Due to force majeure reasons: weather, war, epidemic, flight delay due to weather/technical issues... or the group does not have enough 10 guests to depart: - Vietravel will reserve the deposit and join the group within 3 months - Vietravel will refund the tour fee to you after deducting the service fees already performed. OTHER NOTES: - Groups of less than 10 guests do not depart (the company will notify 15 days in advance). Because the selling price is calculated for groups of more than 10 guests, the travel company will notify customers of the costs incurred to depart groups of less than 10 guests according to the actual conditions of each group. In case the tour does not depart, Vietravel will refund 100% of the amount the customer has paid and will not pay any other fees. - Your passport must be valid for more than 6 months from the end date of the tour. - If the customer is a foreigner or overseas Vietnamese, please bring all necessary documents (passport, Vietnam re-entry visa, etc.) when going on the tour. - Customers who have had cosmetic surgery: rhinoplasty, eyelid surgery, chin reduction will have difficulty entering and exiting the country: - 1/ Should change passport - 2/ Bring confirmation documents when doing surgery/hospital procedures - Customers from 70 to under 75 years old are required to sign a health commitment with the Company. Customers from 75 years old and above are required to have a certificate of good health to travel abroad issued by a doctor and + a health commitment with the Company. A relative under 60 years old (in good health) must accompany them. In addition, guests over 75 years old are encouraged to pay an additional premium insurance fee (fees vary depending on the tour). Guests aged 80 and over are not accepted. - Pregnant guests, please notify the tour sales staff at the time of registration for further information. Pregnant guests from 5 months and above are not accepted for safety reasons. - Children not traveling with their parents are required to have their own passport, parental authorization and confirmation from the Ward or Commune where their permanent residence is registered. - Customers who want to issue a red invoice, please notify the consultant immediately upon booking the tour. No later than 7 days after the end of the tour. - The program and hotel may change the order to suit the actual situation of the group, but the total number of attractions remains unchanged - If you request a single room or travel alone, in a group of 3, 5, 7 guests but there is no one to share a room with, please pay the surcharge. - Only insures customers participating in Vietravel tours and incidents occurring during the tour (from the tour departure date to the tour end date). In case the customer continues treatment after the tour end date as prescribed by the medical agency, they will also be insured (based on the medical agency's invoice). The insured amount will be considered and compensated by the Insurance Company according to the contract signed with Vietravel, not based on all customer invoices. - When registering for a tour, please read carefully the program, tour price, items included and excluded in the program, tour cancellation conditions on the payment receipt. In case you do not directly register for the tour but someone else registers for you, please carefully learn about the program from the person who registers for you.
