Travel Itinerary
21:45: Phương Vy Tour's vehicle and guide will be at the pick-up point to welcome guests, starting the journey to Di Linh City. Overnight on the bus.
04:00: Guests arrive at Bảo Lộc - Di Linh. Set up tents, freshen up, and breathe in the fresh air, preparing for the journey of reconnecting with oneself.
05:30: The group welcomes the sunrise with Mindful Meditation activities (Walking Meditation & Sitting Meditation), followed by breakfast in the serene natural surroundings.
09:00: Guests participate in a series of activities: Yoga and Relaxation Meditation. Gentle exercises and movements to release tension in both body and mind, helping to restore peace and balance. Additionally, sound therapy using singing bowls is incorporated to balance energy and awaken the senses in the stillness of nature.
Lunch: Guests enjoy a mindful lunch, followed by free time to rest and relax.
14:00: Guests experience Tea Ceremony – a gentle practice to reconnect with oneself. Afterward, they practice Mindful Meditation, letting go of thoughts and blending into the peaceful environment.
15:00: The journey continues with Trekking – walking along cool paths, listening to the rustle of leaves and birdsong... allowing guests to recharge their energy from Mother Nature.
Evening: Guests enjoy a warm dinner, savoring peaceful moments away from the hustle and bustle of daily life, followed by a lively campfire gathering. The evening concludes with a singing session, “Singing for each other.”
