- 20 days before departure: 510,000 VND (approximately 21.00 USD) cancellation fee
- 15 days before departure: 580,000 VND (approximately 24.00 USD) cancellation fee
- 10 days or less before departure: 100% cancellation fee
For Children:
- Children 1-4 years old: Free (must be accompanied by an adult)
- Children 5-9 years old: 70% of the tour price
- Children 10 years and above: 100% of the tour price
Other Notes:
- Guests must carry a passport or valid ID
- The itinerary may be adjusted according to weather, traffic, or unforeseen events
- Single travelers must pay the single room supplement
- Children under 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian
