Terms of Service

If you are unable to attend the tour, please notify the company. Cancellation fees apply as follows: Immediately after booking: 10% of the total tour price 30 days before departure: 60% of the total tour price 21 days before departure: 80% of the total tour price 14 days before departure: 100% of the total tour price If the company has already booked services and the customer is unable to obtain a visa, a deposit fee of 10,000,000 VND will still be charged. Cancellation time is calculated on working days only (excluding weekends and public holidays). Policies may change during peak seasons or holidays. In case of unforeseen events such as terrorism, natural disasters, or changes in transportation schedules (flights, trains, etc.), the company reserves the right to modify the itinerary at any time for the convenience and safety of customers. The company is not liable for any arising damages or compensation.

Price Includes

- Round-trip airfare (Ho Chi Minh City – Japan – Ho Chi Minh City) with Vietnam Airlines. - Luggage allowance: 1 carry-on (10kg) + 2 checked bags (23kg each) per passenger per leg. - 3-star hotel accommodation in Japan (twin-sharing room). - Meals: Breakfast, lunch, and dinner as per the itinerary (Japanese cuisine). - Single-entry visa to Japan. - Air-conditioned coach for transportation throughout the tour. - Entrance fees for all attractions mentioned in the itinerary. - International travel insurance (up to $10,000 coverage). - English/Vietnamese-speaking tour guide.

Price Excludes

- Personal expenses, overweight luggage, phone calls, laundry, and optional activities. - Meals not included in the itinerary. - Tipping: $42 per person for the entire tour. - Single supplement fee: $200 (if applicable). - Re-entry visa to Vietnam for foreign nationals. - VAT invoice (request in advance). - Flight change fees or upgrades. - Land tour participants must arrange their own airport transfers if flight timings differ from the group.

🛫 Day 1: Ho Chi Minh City – Osaka		- Evening: Depart from Tan Son Nhat Airport on Vietnam Airlines flight VN326 (00:10 - 07:00) or VJ828 (01:20 - 08:30). - Morning: Arrive at Kansai Airport, visit Kobe Port, Osaka Castle, and Shinsaibashi Street. - Evening: Dinner, check-in at the hotel, and rest.

🏯 Day 2: Osaka – Kyoto		- Morning: Breakfast at the hotel, then travel to Kyoto. - Activities: Japanese tea ceremony, Kiyomizu Temple, and Philosopher’s Path. - Evening: Dinner, check-in at a hotel in Gifu or nearby.
