Terms and conditions
- For children under 18 traveling with a relative (not parents), two notarized authorization letters from the parents, certified by local authorities, are required: one for the embassy and one for the guide at customs.
- Guests with cosmetic surgery must update their passport to reflect their current appearance. The company is not responsible if entry is denied due to discrepancies between the passport photo and actual appearance.
- Guests aged 70 to under 75 must sign a health commitment with the company. Guests 75 and older require a health certificate from a competent medical authority, a health commitment letter, and must be accompanied by a healthy relative under 60.
- Guests with Vietnamese passports must ensure validity extends at least 6 months beyond the return date. Guests with foreign passports should verify requirements with the tour operator.
- Before registering, guests must carefully review the itinerary, tour price, inclusions, exclusions, and cancellation conditions. If registering through a third party, ensure you fully understand the program details from them.
- Minimum group size: 10 or 15 guests (depending on the quoted price). If fewer, the price will be adjusted or the tour postponed to the next departure date.
- Guest names provided for registration or group lists must exactly match passport details. Airlines will refuse boarding for incorrect names, and the company is not responsible for such cases.
- Overseas Vietnamese or foreign nationals with separate visas must bring them on the tour.
- Pregnant guests must inform the company upon registration for further consultation. Guests 5 months pregnant or more are not accepted for safety reasons.
- Flight schedules may change without prior notice due to airline policies. The itinerary order may adjust based on actual conditions, but all listed attractions will be visited.
- The company reserves the right to alter the itinerary due to force majeure events (traffic, natural disasters, incidents, conflicts, etc.) affecting guest safety.
- Individual itinerary changes are not accommodated unless agreed upon by the group leader. The company is not responsible for fulfilling personal requests, and guests must accept any additional costs from approved changes.
- Non-utilized services or attractions due to group separation are non-refunded.
- Guests must adhere to the group’s schedule for departure and return. The company organizes sightseeing tours only, and guests are not permitted to leave the group without prior agreement. Unauthorized additions of relatives or acquaintances t-to the group are not allowed, and the company may refuse service in such cases.
- Tours typically involve extensive walking and no midday rest breaks.
- Flower blooms and foliage colors depend on weather conditions and may occur earlier or later than expected, a force majeure situation for which guests are asked to be understanding.
- Tips are a mandatory international practice for overseas tours, applicable to children 2 years and older, and must be paid to the guide during the tour.
- Hotels may be located outside city centers during peak seasons (cherry blossoms, Golden Week, April 30, Tet, etc.). Guests are asked for understanding.
- For guests with relatives at the destination wishing to join, contact the company prior to departure.
- Force Majeure: In cases of terrorism, natural disasters, or changes/cancellations of public transportation (flights, trains, etc.), the company reserves the right to alter the itinerary for guest convenience and safety without liability for additional damages.
