Terms of Service
When booking a tour, please carefully read the program, tour price, inclusions, exclusions, and cancellation terms on the receipt. If you are not booking in person but through another individual, please ensure you thoroughly understand the program from the person booking on your behalf. The company is not responsible for any disputes that may arise. For guests 85 years and older: You must purchase your own travel insurance (travel insurance companies do not sell policies to guests over 85) and confirm you are healthy enough for international travel. You are solely responsible for any health-related issues. For elderly guests (70 years and older): You must be accompanied by a family member under 60 years old (who is in good health) to provide care. The company does not accept travelers with high blood pressure, heart conditions, or other related illnesses with a doctor's recommendation against long-haul flights. Pregnant guests: Please inform the travel company when booking the tour for additional information and advice. It is recommended that pregnant guests from 5 months onwards limit flying for safety reasons. Tour Package: This is an all-inclusive tour package; customers are not permitted to separate from the group without prior arrangement. Unused Services: Any services not utilized will not be refunded. Any additional costs incurred due to personal choices will be borne by the customer. Re-entry Visa (Vietnamese Overseas & Foreigners): The tour price does not include the cost of a re-entry visa for Vietnam. Denied Entry/Exit: If a customer is denied exit or entry for personal reasons, the company will not be held responsible and will not refund the tour price. Viet Kieu (Overseas Vietnamese) or Foreigners with Separate Visas: You must carry your separate visa with you during the tour. Force Majeure: The company will not be responsible for ensuring visits to all attractions in cases of natural disasters, security incidents, airline issues, or other unforeseen circumstances. Flight Schedule Changes: Flight schedules are subject to change by the airline; therefore, in some cases, flight times may be altered without prior notice.
Price Includes
Transportation: Standard tourist vehicle used throughout the program. Round-trip Airfare: With Vietnam Airlines (46kg checked baggage / 2 pieces + 12kg carry-on). Accommodation: 3-4 star standard hotels, double occupancy (2 people/room). Note: In case of an odd number of male or female travelers, a triple room will be arranged or a single room surcharge will apply. Entrance Fees: Admission tickets to all attractions listed in the program. Meals: All meals as per the program. Beverages: 01 bottle of 500ml water per person per day. Visa: Japanese tourist visa for the group. Tour Guide: Vietnamese-speaking tour leader accompanying the group throughout the trip. Travel Insurance: With a maximum compensation of 1,000,000,000 VND per person. Travel Gift. VAT: Value Added Tax as per Vietnamese Law.

Passport: Must be valid for over 6 months from the trip's end date. Re-entry Visa: Please contact your travel consultant (applies to foreign nationals requiring a visa to enter Vietnam). Unlisted Services: Costs for any services not specifically mentioned in the "Inclusions" section. Gratuities: Tip for the tour guide and driver: 1,000,000 VND per person per tour. Single Room Surcharge: 7,180,000 VND per person per tour.
