Terms of Service
Children Policy - Infants (under 2 years old): 30% of the adult tour package price (sharing bed with adults). - Children from 2 to under 10 years old: 80% of the adult tour package price (no separate bed provided). - Children 10 years old and above: 100% of the adult tour package price. - Children requiring a separate bed: 100% of the adult tour package price. Cancellation Policy - If you cancel the tour, you will be subject to the following cancellation fees for the tour and airfare: - Immediately after depositing and 30 days before departure: 3,000,000 VND cancellation fee. - 21-30 days before departure: 50% of the tour price. - 14-21 days before departure: 70% of the tour price. - Less than 14 days before departure: 100% of the tour price. Tour cancellations must be notified directly to the Company via Fax, email, or text message and must be confirmed by the Company. Cancellations made by phone will not be accepted.
Price Includes
Round-trip economy class airfare (SGN-KIX // NRT-SGN) with Vietjet, including 1 checked baggage (20kg/piece) and 1 carry-on baggage (7kg/piece). Accommodation: Standard hotels (2 people/room). Triple rooms will be arranged if the group has an odd number (1 or 3 people). Night 1: AGORA OSAKA MORIGUCHI or equivalent. Night 2: NAGOYA SAKAE WASHINGTON HOTEL PLAZA / HOTEL ASSOCIA TOYOHASHI or equivalent. Night 3: FUJIZAKURA / FUJI GARDEN or equivalent. Night 4: NIKKO NARITA or equivalent. Note: In Japanese culture, most hotels primarily offer Twin rooms (two single beds). If you request a Double room (one double bed) or Triple room (for 3 people), the company will do its best to arrange it and will confirm details before departure. Meals: As per the program, with varied menus changing daily. Entrance fees: One-time admission to all attractions listed in the tour program. Transportation: Air-conditioned vehicle for sightseeing as per the itinerary. Travel Insurance: Global travel insurance with a maximum coverage of 1,000,000,000 VND/person/case. Tour Guide: Services of a tour guide throughout the program.
Price Excludes
Passport: Must be valid for more than 6 months. Single Room Surcharge: 6,000,000 VND (for guests requesting a private room). Personal expenses: Drinks, laundry, excess baggage fees, telephone calls, photography, etc. Tips for tour guide and driver: 900,000 VND/person/tour. Other costs not specified in the "Inclusions" section.
