Itinerary Overview

Day 1 : HANOI – TOKYO
You gather at Vietravel company 03 Hai Ba Trung. Car and tour guide pick you up to Noi Bai airport, check in for flight of Japan national airline to Tokyo.
The group stayed overnight on the plane.
Day 2 : TOKYO (Lunch, dinner)
Upon arrival at Narita airport, you will complete immigration procedures. Then, the car will pick you up and take you to visit Tokyo city :
- Asakusa Kannon Temple : The oldest temple in Tokyo, where major national festivals take place along with the mysterious legend of the temple's birth, as well as visiting Nakamise-dori to feel an ancient Tokyo in one of Japan's oldest shopping streets. From here, the group can take pictures of Tokyo Sky Tree Tower .
Lunch at the restaurant. After lunch, the group will visit and shop at Ginza (If time permits)
Dinner at the restaurant
Check in and overnight in Tokyo ( JAL City Haneda Hotel or equivalent)
Day 3 : TOKYO - CHITOSE - NOBORIBETSU
(Breakfast, lunch, dinner)
Have breakfast at the hotel. Go to Haneda airport to check in for the flight to Chitose.

Car picks up and takes you to visit:
- Jigokudani Hell Valley : active volcano, image of sulfur smoke column formed by jet gas eruption, ash gray color of soil and rocks...desolate landscape in misty steam.

- Enjoy the delicious ripe fruits directly.
Dinner at restaurant, overnight at hotel in Noboribetsu.
Day 4 : NOBORIBETSU - OTARU - SAPPORO CITY
(Breakfast, lunch, dinner)
You have breakfast at the hotel.
The group departed to visit Otaru city : The city attracts people by its beauty, tranquility and peace.
- Otaru Canal : completed in 1923 with a length of over 1000 meters. Along the canal are small shops with nostalgic architecture of the Victorian period of England and the Renaissance period of Europe.
- Otaru Music Box Museum : Visitors can choose to buy beautiful music boxes made by talented artisans or created by their own hands as gifts.
The group had lunch at a local restaurant.
- Hokkaido Red Brick Warehouse : Former Hokkaido Government Building – This building uses more American style than other Neo-Baroque (renaissance) architecture, with red walls, a green roof and a particularly impressive central dome. It is now recognized as a nationally important cultural property.
- Steam Clock Tower : one of the typical symbols of Sapporo.
- Shiroi Koibito Park learns about the production process and development of the famous biscuit brand Shiroi Koibito
- Susukino Shopping Street (or Tanukikoji)
The group had dinner at the restaurant and checked into the hotel.

Day 5 : SAPPORO CITY – FURANO - CHITOSE (Eat three meals)
You have breakfast at the hotel. The group leaves the hotel to visit:

Odori Park : located right in the heart of Sapporo city, stands out in the heart of the city with ancient trees, lawns and beautiful flower beds. From the park, you can take pictures with Sapporo TV Tower : the symbol of Sapporo.
Former Hokkaido Government Office Building : a famous symbol of Hokkaido, the red brick building was built in 1888 in the American neo-baroque style (Photo taken outside)
Hokkaido Shrine possesses a poetic and peaceful natural space.
Sapporo Beer Museum Learn about Japan's history and art and enjoy the best beer flavors of the Land of the Rising Sun

Blue Lake - Aoi ike . Sightseeing spot The lake on Tokachi mountain has a magical blue color combined with the Japanese pine trees around the lake to create a beautiful scene.
You will visit Tomita Farm - a pure lavender farm. Lavender season starts from late June to early August.
You are free to shop at the famous outlet area at Saporo MITSUI OUTLET PARK (SAPPORO KITAHIROSHIMA) with world-famous and local brands.

You have lunch at the restaurant.

Dinner at hotel. Overnight at Chitose Hotel.

Day 6 : CHITOSE – HANOI (Breakfast, lunch)
Breakfast at hotel.
The group checked out of the hotel and departed for Chitose airport, taking the flight back to Vietnam (transit at Narita airport).
The plane landed at Noi Bai International Airport. The car took the group back to the pick-up point. Goodbye. End of program.

IMPORTANT NOTE on completing tax obligations before departure

- Recently, there have been many cases where people cannot leave the country due to not fulfilling their tax obligations to the State. Therefore, Vietravel recommends that you carefully check and complete the necessary taxes before your trip to ensure that your travel plans are not affected.
- Vietravel is not responsible in case you are denied exit due to not fulfilling tax obligations.
- Time & itinerary may change the order of destinations depending on actual conditions. The duration of using tourist vehicles according to regulations in Japan - From May 1, 2024, it is a maximum of 10 hours/day.
- In case the group does not have enough 15 guests, the tour price will incur additional costs, Vietravel will notify you of the additional costs.

Tour cancellation conditions for weekdays - 25 days before departure (working days): 25% penalty - 14 - 24 days before departure (working days): 50% penalty - 10 - 13 days before departure (working days): 70% penalty - 2- 9 days before departure (working days): 90% penalty - 1 day before departure (working days): 100% penalty Tour cancellation conditions for holidays - 45 days before departure (working days): 25% penalty - 30 - 44 days before departure (working days): 50% penalty - 25 - 29 days before departure (working days): 70% penalty - 10 - 24 days before departure (working days): 90% penalty tour - 1 - 9 days before departure (working days): 100% tour fee penalty For holidays: Cancellation fee will depend on the regulations of airlines and service providers abroad. Force majeure Due to force majeure reasons: weather, war, epidemic, flight delay due to weather/technical issues... or the group does not have enough 10 guests to depart: - Vietravel will reserve the deposit and join the group within 3 months - Vietravel will refund the tour fee to you after deducting the service fees already performed. OTHER NOTES: - Groups of less than 10 guests do not depart (the company will notify 15 days in advance). Because the selling price is calculated for groups of more than 10 guests, the travel company will notify customers of the costs incurred to depart groups of less than 10 guests according to the actual conditions of each group. In case the tour does not depart, Vietravel will refund 100% of the amount the customer has paid and will not pay any other fees. - Your passport must be valid for more than 6 months from the end date of the tour. - If the customer is a foreigner or overseas Vietnamese, please bring all necessary documents (passport, Vietnam re-entry visa, etc.) when going on the tour. - Customers who have had cosmetic surgery: rhinoplasty, eyelid surgery, chin reduction will have difficulty entering and exiting the country: - 1/ Should change passport - 2/ Bring confirmation documents when doing surgery/hospital procedures - Customers from 70 to under 75 years old are required to sign a health commitment with the Company. Customers from 75 years old and above are required to have a certificate of good health to travel abroad issued by a doctor and + a health commitment with the Company. A relative under 60 years old (in good health) must accompany them. In addition, guests over 75 years old are encouraged to pay an additional premium insurance fee (fees vary depending on the tour). Guests aged 80 and over are not accepted. - Pregnant guests, please notify the tour sales staff at the time of registration for further information. Pregnant guests from 5 months and above are not accepted for safety reasons. - Children not traveling with their parents are required to have their own passport, parental authorization and confirmation from the Ward or Commune where their permanent residence is registered. - Customers who want to issue a red invoice, please notify the consultant immediately upon booking the tour. No later than 7 days after the end of the tour. - The program and hotel may change the order to suit the actual situation of the group, but the total number of attractions remains unchanged - If you request a single room or travel alone, in a group of 3, 5, 7 guests but there is no one to share a room with, please pay the surcharge. - Only insures customers participating in Vietravel tours and incidents occurring during the tour (from the tour departure date to the tour end date). In case the customer continues treatment after the tour end date as prescribed by the medical agency, they will also be insured (based on the medical agency's invoice). The insured amount will be considered and compensated by the Insurance Company according to the contract signed with Vietravel, not based on all customer invoices. - When registering for a tour, please read carefully the program, tour price, items included and excluded in the program, tour cancellation conditions on the payment receipt. In case you do not directly register for the tour but someone else registers for you, please carefully learn about the program from the person who registers for you.
