- 25 days before departure (working days): 25% penalty
- 14 - 24 days before departure (working days): 50% penalty
- 10 - 13 days before departure (working days): 70% penalty
- 2- 9 days before departure (working days): 90% penalty
- 1 day before departure (working days): 100% penalty
Tour cancellation conditions for holidays
- 45 days before departure (working days): 25% penalty
- 30 - 44 days before departure (working days): 50% penalty
- 25 - 29 days before departure (working days): 70% penalty
- 10 - 24 days before departure (working days): 90% penalty tour
- 1 - 9 days before departure (working days): 100% tour fee penalty
For holidays: Cancellation fee will depend on the regulations of airlines and service providers abroad.
Force majeure
Due to force majeure reasons: weather, war, epidemic, flight delay due to weather/technical issues... or the group does not have enough 10 guests to depart:
- Vietravel will reserve the deposit and join the group within 3 months
- Vietravel will refund the tour fee to you after deducting the service fees already performed.
OTHER NOTES:
- Groups of less than 10 guests do not depart (the company will notify 15 days in advance). Because the selling price is calculated for groups of more than 10 guests, the travel company will notify customers of the costs incurred to depart groups of less than 10 guests according to the actual conditions of each group. In case the tour does not depart, Vietravel will refund 100% of the amount the customer has paid and will not pay any other fees.
- Your passport must be valid for more than 6 months from the end date of the tour.
- If the customer is a foreigner or overseas Vietnamese, please bring all necessary documents (passport, Vietnam re-entry visa, etc.) when going on the tour.
- Customers who have had cosmetic surgery: rhinoplasty, eyelid surgery, chin reduction will have difficulty entering and exiting the country:
- 1/ Should change passport
- 2/ Bring confirmation documents when doing surgery/hospital procedures
- Customers from 70 to under 75 years old are required to sign a health commitment with the Company. Customers from 75 years old and above are required to have a certificate of good health to travel abroad issued by a doctor and + a health commitment with the Company. A relative under 60 years old (in good health) must accompany them. In addition, guests over 75 years old are encouraged to pay an additional premium insurance fee (fees vary depending on the tour). Guests aged 80 and over are not accepted.
- Pregnant guests, please notify the tour sales staff at the time of registration for further information. Pregnant guests from 5 months and above are not accepted for safety reasons.
- Children not traveling with their parents are required to have their own passport, parental authorization and confirmation from the Ward or Commune where their permanent residence is registered.
- Customers who want to issue a red invoice, please notify the consultant immediately upon booking the tour. No later than 7 days after the end of the tour.
- The program and hotel may change the order to suit the actual situation of the group, but the total number of attractions remains unchanged
- If you request a single room or travel alone, in a group of 3, 5, 7 guests but there is no one to share a room with, please pay the surcharge.
- Only insures customers participating in Vietravel tours and incidents occurring during the tour (from the tour departure date to the tour end date). In case the customer continues treatment after the tour end date as prescribed by the medical agency, they will also be insured (based on the medical agency's invoice). The insured amount will be considered and compensated by the Insurance Company according to the contract signed with Vietravel, not based on all customer invoices. - When registering for a tour, please read carefully the program, tour price, items included and excluded in the program, tour cancellation conditions on the payment receipt. In case you do not directly register for the tour but someone else registers for you, please carefully learn about the program from the person who registers for you.
