Notes: Cancellation time is based on business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Holiday & Tet tours are those scheduled during Vietnam’s official public holidays. Special Conditions & Force Majeure If the tour is canceled due to force majeure (natural disasters, epidemics, flight cancellations, etc.), Atlas Asia is not responsible for compensation beyond the refund of the tour fee. Cancellation penalties may be reduced based on the service provider's policies. For Online Payments on Atlas Asia Customers who cancel after making an online payment will bear all banking fees. Refunds will be processed immediately after the funds have been received in Atlas Asia’s account. In case of force majeure events: If either party cancels due to unforeseen circumstances (fire, weather, accidents, war, public transportation disruptions, etc.), both parties are not liable for losses. Each party must make efforts to minimize any damage caused. Important: Cancellations must be made directly to the company via fax, email, or written confirmation.
