Terms of Service
- Cancel tour after registration: 75% of tour price.
- 20 days before departure date: 90% of tour price.
- 0-19 days before departure date: 100% of tour price.
- Cancellation of the trip must be notified directly to the Company or via fax, email, text message and must be confirmed by the Company. Cancellation by phone is not accepted.
- Passport must be valid for 6 months from the return date of the tour.
- Passport must ensure the following factors: the image is not damaged, blurred, full information, even if the image is still valid, if the image is blurred, it is still not allowed to exit or enter the country...
- Because flights depend on airlines, in some cases flight times may change without prior notice to you.
- Foreign/Overseas Vietnamese guests, please check your visa to Vietnam multiple times or 1 time, Customers applying for re-entry visa, on the day of the tour, bring 2 4x6 photos, and bring your visa to Vietnam when exiting and entering the country.
- When registering for the tour, please provide personal information on your passport: Full name, date of issue, passport expiration date, contact phone number, contact address...
- For guests over 70 years old, you will pay an additional premium insurance fee, must have a full health certificate to travel abroad from a doctor and must be accompanied by a relative under 60 years old (in good health).
- In case you are refused to exit or enter the country or abroad for personal or family reasons. The company will not be responsible and will not refund the Tour. (You will bear all costs incurred).
- The order of the attractions can be changed to suit the actual situation but still ensure the full implementation of the program content.
Do not resolve any reason for visiting relatives, business ... to separate the group. Depending on the necessary case, if you want to separate the group, you must notify the company in advance and pay the prescribed fee.
- In case of force majeure due to weather, natural disasters, strikes, riots, sabotage, war, epidemics, flight delays or cancellations due to weather or technical reasons ... leading to the tour being unable to continue, the travel company will refund the tour fee to you after deducting the service costs already performed such as visa fees, ... and is not responsible for compensating any other costs.
- For each specific case, customers may be required to deposit VND 200,000,000 - 300,000,000 to the company before departure (the company will refund the full deposit when the customer returns to Vietnam).
- After the end of the tour, for customers who have to report to the Embassy/Consulate, our company will retain the original passport and within 03 days, customers are requested to report to the Embassy/Consulate according to regulations.
- If you have been granted a visa but cancel the tour, our company has the right to keep the passport until the visa expires and you are allowed to enter the country; or we will notify the Embassy/Consulate (where the visa is issued) to stamp the customer's visa "CANCEL-CANCEL".
- When the customer submits the original passport to the company to submit to the consulate for a visa. After the visa is issued, the Consulate and travel agency will keep the original passport of the guest. On the day of departure, the tour guide will bring it to the airport to complete the procedures for the group.
