Day 1 : Cooking Class 4 hours

Pick-up & Travel Time	07:30 AM - 08:00 AM
We pick-up guests from several hotels. Please be ready at 7:30 a.m.. Meet your guide and cyclo driver at the lobby for a relaxed ride through Sai Gon’s lively streets to Ben Thanh Market to meet the chef and explore Vietnamese ingredients.
Highlights & Activities	08:30 AM - 12:30 PM
Upon arrival at the market, you’ll meet your chef and join them in choosing the freshest ingredients before beginning your hands-on cooking class. ● Monday Menu: Spring rolls, morning glory salad with pork & shrimp, caramel pork in clay pot, and a chef’s special dessert. ● Tuesday Menu: Lotus stem salad with pork & prawn, grilled beef with lemongrass served with fresh noodles & herbs, Imperial fried rice, and a chef’s special dessert. ● Wednesday Menu: Dumplings with spring onion sauce, vegetable salad with pork & shrimp, grilled pork ribs with broken rice, and a chef’s special dessert. ● Thursday Menu: Beef salad with star fruit & young banana, grilled pork ribs with rice noodles, caramelized fish in a clay pot, and a chef’s special dessert. ● Friday Menu: Mango salad with pork & shrimp, braised chicken with ginger, skewered pork meatballs, and a chef’s special dessert. ● Saturday & Sunday Menu: Salad rolls, chicken noodle soup, Vietnamese sizzling pancake, and a chef’s special dessert.
Return & Drop-off	12:30 PM - 01:00 PM
At the end of the tour, we can drop you off at the pick-up point or any central location of your choice.

GENERAL INFORMATION
Timing & Itinerary	Subject to change without prior notice, but we will do our best to keep everything on schedule.
Public Holidays	A 30% surcharge applies to tours operating on public holidays, including Christian New Year, Lunar New Year, Hung Kings’ Festival, Reunification Day, May Day, National Day, and other national holidays.
Language	Our guides use both English and Vietnamese for all tours. If you require another language, please inform us at the time of booking for further assistance.
Food Special Request	For day tours that include lunch, a Vietnamese set menu will be prepared for all guests. Please inform us in advance if you have any food allergies, are vegetarian, observe Halal, or require a diet menu. Some special requests may incur an additional charge.
Reunification Palace	Also known as the Independence Palace, may close without prior notice due to official events. If this occurs, we will stop for photos outside and replace the visit with an alternative attraction such as the Viet Nam History Museum, the City Art Museum, or the Ho Chi Minh City Museum.
War Remnants Museum	For your privacy, the guide does not accompany you inside. They will provide visiting guidance beforehand and be available for discussion afterward.
Notre Dame Cathedral	is currently under renovation and closed to visitors inside. You can still admire its beautiful façade and capture photos from the outside.
Animal Encounters	During the tour, you may occasionally encounter animals kept in cages (such as pythons, crocodiles, or frogs). These are local village practices for economic purposes and are not part of our promoted experiences. We neither include nor guarantee such encounters in our program, though they may appear unexpectedly along the way. If you prefer to avoid the possibility of seeing this, please let us know in advance so we can recommend alternative programs more suited to your preferences.
