1. Booking Confirmation

• Our team will contact guests within 4–8 working hours to confirm the booking.
• If you do not receive confirmation within this period, please contact us for assistance.
• A booking is considered confirmed only after receiving our confirmation.

2. Children Policy

• Children aged 10 years and above are charged at the adult rate.
• Children aged 5–9 years are charged at 75% of the adult rate.
• Every two paying adults may accompany one child aged 5–9 years at the child rate. The second child onwards will be charged at the adult rate.
• Children under 4 years old travel free of charge and are not entitled to a separate seat or meal and must share arrangements with their parents.
• Additional entrance fees may apply for children exceeding the height requirements of certain attractions.

3. Cancellation Policy

• Free cancellation up to 24 hours before departure.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of departure or no-shows will be charged 100% of the booking value.

4. Itinerary Changes

• The itinerary may be adjusted due to weather, traffic, operational requirements, or other unforeseen circumstances.
• We reserve the right to modify, postpone, or cancel the tour in cases of force majeure for safety reasons.

5. Guest Responsibilities

• Guests are responsible for providing accurate booking information.
• Guests must follow the instructions of tour guides and local regulations throughout the tour.
• Any personal expenses incurred outside the tour program are the responsibility of the guest.

6. General Conditions

• Guests are requested to arrive at the designated pick-up point at least 10 minutes before departure.
