BOOKING AND DEPOSIT PROCESS:
- First deposit upon tour registration: 10,000,000 VND.
- Balance payment due after the Japanese Consulate completes entry procedures.
OTHER NOTES:
- Before registering, guests are requested to carefully review the itinerary, tour price, inclusions, and exclusions. If registering through a third party, ensure you fully understand the program details from them.
- The company reserves the right to change or cancel any sightseeing point that may affect guest safety.
- In Japan, under new labor laws effective April 1, 2024, buses and drivers are limited to 11 hours of operation per day.
- Guests must carry a passport valid for at least 6 months from the departure date.
- If the group size is fewer than 10 guests, both parties will renegotiate the price. If the guest does not agree to the adjusted price, they may transfer to the next tour, up to a maximum of 2 transfers.
- Guests requesting a single room must pay the single room supplement.
- If one adult travels with one child under 11, the child must pay for a separate bed.
- Guests under 16 must be accompanied by parents or a relative over 16. If traveling with a relative, a notarized authorization letter from the parents, certified by local authorities, is required.
- Guests aged 70 and older must provide a health certificate from a doctor for international travel and a health commitment letter with the company. The company is not liable for any incidents during the tour.
- Pregnant guests must inform the company upon registration for further consultation. Guests 7 months pregnant or more are not accepted for safety reasons.
- The tour price does not include Vietnam re-entry fees for overseas Vietnamese or foreign nationals.
- The company is not responsible for entry/exit denials due to personal reasons and will not refund the tour cost.
- Overseas Vietnamese or foreign nationals with separate entry documents must bring them on the tour.
- The itinerary order and details may change based on objective conditions (weather, traffic, etc.).
- The company is not responsible for ensuring sightseeing points in cases of natural disasters, security issues, or aviation problems.
- Guests who have been denied a Japanese visa within the past 6 months or have worked as laborers in Japan must disclose this upon registration. Failure to do so, resulting in visa denial by the Japanese Consulate, will lead to forfeiture of the deposit.
- Flight schedules may change without prior notice due to airline policies.
- If Vietnam Customs denies exit for any reason, the company is not responsible and will not refund the tour cost.
- If the host country’s customs denies entry for any reason, the company is not responsible, will not refund the tour cost, and guests must cover additional expenses (e.g., meals, accommodation, return flights). The company will assist with legal and procedural support for returning to Vietnam as per regulations.
- Transportation and sightseeing bus transfers in Japan.
- Round-trip airfare with Vietnam Airlines, including 40kg checked luggage (split into 2 bags, each up to 23kg) and 10kg carry-on luggage.
- 3–4-star hotel accommodation, 2 guests per room, with one night in a Japanese-style hotel (for odd-numbered male/female guests, triple rooms are arranged or a single room supplement applies).
- Meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner) as per the itinerary, including one meal featuring famous Kobe beef.
- Entrance fees to attractions listed in the program.
- Travel insurance with a maximum compensation of 1,000,000,000 VND per case.
- VAT tax (0%) and service fees.
- Vietnamese-speaking tour guide throughout the trip.
- Japan entry procedures.
- Tips for the local guide and driver: 750,000 VND/guest/tour.
- Single room supplement: 1,500,000 VND/guest/night.
- Personal expenses and meals outside the program.
- Any costs not listed under “inclusions.”

Terms and conditions
- If unable to join the tour, guests must notify the company and incur the following cancellation fees:
+) Immediately after booking: 10% of the total tour price.
+) 30 days prior: 60% of the total tour price.
+) 21 days prior: 80% of the total tour price.
+) 14 days prior or less: 100% of the total tour price.
- If the company has booked services and the guest’s visa is denied, a deposit fee of 10,000,000 VND applies.
- Policies may change during holidays, Tet, or peak seasons.
- Force Majeure: In cases of terrorism, natural disasters, or changes/cancellations of public transportation (flights, trains, etc.), the company reserves the right to alter the itinerary for guest convenience and safety without liability for additional damages.
