- Before registering, guests must carefully review the itinerary, tour price, inclusions, exclusions, and cancellation conditions. If registering through a third party, ensure you fully understand the program details from them.
- At registration, guests must provide a photocopy or original of a passport valid for at least 6 months from the tour’s end date (required for children as well).

- Fewer than 15 guests are registered 10 days prior to departure.

- For children under 18 traveling with a relative (not parents), two notarized authorization letters from the parents, certified by local authorities, are required: one for the embassy and one for the guide at customs.
- Overseas Vietnamese or foreign nationals with separate visas must bring them on the tour.
- Pregnant guests must inform the company upon registration for further consultation. Guests 5 months pregnant or more are not accepted for safety reasons.

The company reserves the right to alter the itinerary due to force majeure events (traffic, natural disasters, incidents, conflicts, etc.) affecting guest safety.
