🛫 Day 1: Hanoi – Ha Giang – Quan Ba – Yen Minh (Lunch/Dinner) | 06:30 AM: Pick-up from Old Quarter hotels & Opera House, depart for Ha Giang. 10:30 AM: Stop at Tuyen Quang Tea Hills for a photo break. 11:30 AM: Lunch in Tan Yen (Tuyen Quang). 02:30 PM: Visit Doi Co Temple (Den Doi Co Cau Ma) on Lo River. 03:00 PM: Arrive in Ha Giang city, take photos at Km0 landmark. 04:30 PM: Stop at Quan Ba Heaven’s Gate & Twin Mountains. 05:30 PM: Stop for Buckwheat Flower fields (seasonal: Sep – Dec). 06:30 PM: Arrive in Yen Minh, check-in at hotel, dinner & free time. | ![]() | ||

Terms and conditions
Cancellation processing time: Only business days are counted; weekends (Saturday & Sunday) and public holidays are excluded.
1. Cancellation by Atlas Asia
If Atlas Asia cancels the tour, the company will notify customers and refund the full amount paid within 3 days via cash or bank transfer.
2. Cancellation by Customers
For Regular Tours:
After visa approval: 100% of the deposit is non-refundable.
30 – 45 days before departure: 10% cancellation fee.
16 – 29 days before departure: 30% cancellation fee.
08 – 15 days before departure: 60% cancellation fee.
04 – 07 days before departure: 90% cancellation fee.
01 – 03 days before departure: 100% cancellation fee.
For Holiday & Tet Tours:
After visa approval: 100% of the deposit is non-refundable.
30 – 45 days before departure: 30% cancellation fee.
16 – 29 days before departure: 60% cancellation fee.
08 – 15 days before departure: 90% cancellation fee.
01 – 07 days before departure: 100% cancellation fee.
Notes:
Cancellation time is based on business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
Holiday & Tet tours are those scheduled during Vietnam’s official public holidays.
Special Conditions & Force Majeure
If the tour is canceled due to force majeure (natural disasters, epidemics, flight cancellations, etc.), Atlas Asia is not responsible for compensation beyond the refund of the tour fee.
Cancellation penalties may be reduced based on the service provider's policies.
For Online Payments on Atlas Asia
Customers who cancel after making an online payment will bear all banking fees.
Refunds will be processed immediately after the funds have been received in Atlas Asia’s account.
In case of force majeure events:
If either party cancels due to unforeseen circumstances (fire, weather, accidents, war, public transportation disruptions, etc.), both parties are not liable for losses.
Each party must make efforts to minimize any damage caused.
Important:
Cancellations must be made directly to the company via fax, email, or written confirmation.
Phone cancellations are not accepted.
