Terms and conditions
Cancellation Policy:
- After booking: 85% of the deposit is non-refundable
- 14 days before departure: 75% cancellation fee
- Less than 14 days before departure: 100% cancellation fee
For Children:
- Children 1-4 years old: Free (must be accompanied by at least one adult, no seat on the bus)
- Children 5-9 years old: 75% of the tour price (with a seat and shared bed)
- Children 10 years and above: Full price
Notes:
- Guests must carry valid ID (Passport or ID card)
- For vegetarian guests, please bring your own food
- No refunds for unused services
- The itinerary may be adjusted based on weather and travel conditions
- For groups smaller than 6 people, the driver may also act as the tour guide
