DAY 1: HANOI – NARITA // HO CHI MINH CITY – HANEDA 

Evening, June 30:

  • From Hanoi: Guests gather at 19:30 at the designated meeting point in the city. The guide and bus pick up the group and proceed to Noi Bai International Airport for check-in on flight JL752 (30JUN HAN-NRT 23:20 – 06:25).
  • From Ho Chi Minh City: Guests gather at 20:30 at the International Terminal of Tan Son Nhat Airport. The guide assists with check-in for flight JL070 (30JUN SGN-HND 23:20 – 06:45).
  
DAY 2: HANEDA – ASAHIKAWA – FURANO 
  • Morning, July 1:
    • From Hanoi: Arrival at Narita Airport at 06:25, luggage collection, immigration procedures, then transfer to Haneda Airport to join the Ho Chi Minh City group.
    • From Ho Chi Minh City: Arrival at Haneda Airport at 06:45, luggage collection, immigration procedures, and wait for the Hanoi group to merge.
    • The combined group takes a domestic flight from Haneda to Asahikawa (JL553, 01JUL HND-AKJ 11:00 – 12:40).
  • Arrival at Asahikawa Airport, immigration procedures, and lunch at a restaurant.
  • Afternoon: Travel to Furano to visit:
    • Tomita Farm Lavender Fields: A paradise for flower lovers, famous for vast lavender fields blooming vibrantly in summer, alongside other colorful flowers, creating a romantic and poetic scene.
    • Enjoy lavender ice cream, a refreshing and unique Hokkaido summer specialty.

DAY 3: FURANO – OTARU – NOBORIBETSU 
  • Morning, July 2:
    • Optional early morning hot air balloon ride at Leisure Guide Asobiya (guest’s choice to participate): Experience Hokkaido’s stunning landscapes from above, capturing unforgettable moments (weather-dependent; may be canceled if conditions are unfavorable).
    • Return to the hotel for breakfast, check-out, and visit:
      • Glass Forest Furano: A renowned glass workshop and exhibition showcasing unique, intricate glass artworks by skilled artisans. Guests can explore in a scenic natural setting and join glass-making classes to create souvenirs (at own expense).
  • Lunch at a restaurant, then visit:
    • Furano Winery: Known for its ideal grape-growing conditions, this winery offers tours of its expansive vineyards and production facilities. Guests can learn about winemaking and sample premium local wines.
  • Travel to Noboribetsu.

DAY 4: NOBORIBETSU – SAPPORO 
  • Morning, July 3: Breakfast, check-out, and visit:
    • Noboribetsu Jigokudani (Hell Valley): Known as the “Hell Valley” for its intense geothermal activity, featuring boiling pools, geysers, and misty landscapes. Highlights include snow monkeys soaking in hot springs, offering a unique and striking experience.
  • Lunch at a restaurant, then visit:
    • Naritasan Ryusenji Temple: A serene Buddhist temple, a branch of the famous Naritasan Temple in Chiba, offering a peaceful setting for reflection.
    • Noboribetsu Date Jidai Village: A historical park recreating Edo-period Japan with traditional wooden houses, craft shops, and cultural performances. Guests can enjoy traditional food, folk games, and learn about samurai culture.
  • Travel to Sapporo.

  • Lunch, then proceed to Narita Airport for return flights to Vietnam:

- If unable to join the tour, guests must notify the company and incur the following cancellation fees: +) Cancellation 30–45 days prior: 10% of the total tour price. +) Cancellation 20–29 days prior: 20% of the total tour price. +) Cancellation 15–19 days prior: 40% of the total tour price. +) Cancellation 6–14 days prior: 75% of the total tour price. +) Cancellation 5 days or less prior: 100% of the total tour price. - If the company has booked services and the guest’s visa is denied, a deposit fee of 15,000,000 VND applies. If no services have been booked, the guest will be refunded the full amount paid. - Cancellation periods are based on working days, excluding weekends, holidays, and Tet. - Policies may change during holidays, Tet, or peak seasons. - Force Majeure: In cases of terrorism, natural disasters, or changes/cancellations of public transportation (flights, trains, etc.) due to weather or technical issues, the company reserves the right to alter the itinerary for guest convenience and safety without liability for additional damages.
