Cancellation & Refund Policy 1. Promotional Tours No rescheduling or cancellation allowed. 100% of the tour cost is non-refundable if canceled. 2. Important Notes Visa fees are non-refundable if the Consulate denies the application. If the tour doesn’t meet the minimum number of participants, it will be rescheduled or refunded (after deducting visa fees). Tour dates may change based on visa issuance timelines. Travelers should carry $500 - $1000 for smooth immigration clearance. 3. Special Conditions 70+ years old: Must provide a medical certificate, sign a health declaration, travel with a guardian (under 60, in good health), and may require additional insurance. 80+ years old: Not accepted. Pregnant (5+ months): Not accepted for international tours. 4. Flight & Airport Regulations Flights may change without prior notice. Travelers must arrive on time; late arrivals bear full cancellation charges. 5. Immigration & Visa Requirements Travelers must comply with immigration rules; no refunds if denied entry. Foreign passport holders must have a valid Vietnamese visa. Visa applicants must bring two 4x6 cm photos (white background) and visa documents. 6. Force Majeure Clause If the tour is disrupted due to natural disasters, epidemics, strikes, riots, wars, or technical issues, refunds will be issued after deducting incurred expenses (visa fees, airfare, etc.). No additional compensation will be provided.
