A 5 Days Gorilla Trekking & Lion Tracking Safari Itinerary is ideal for those who want to combine gorilla and lion tracking in Ishasha with a wildlife game drive tour.
The adventure starts with a pick-up and transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park. Make your first stop at the equator, then continue to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park. Go mountain gorilla trekking before heading to Queen Elizabeth National Park for the lions in their natural setting.
Travel Itinerary
Meet with your safari guide and drive to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park having a stop near the equator line to photograph the world’s centerline.
Continue with the drive having another stop in Mbarara for lunch. You will most likely arrive in the evening and check in at your lodge, dinner, and an overnight stay.
Overnight: Buhoma Community Rest Camp
Meal Plan: Lunch and Dinner.
After a hearty breakfast, set out for an unforgettable gorilla trekking adventure in Bwindi Impenetrable Forest, where you’ll hike through lush vegetation in search of one of the rare mountain gorilla families.
