The first day on your amazing Kilimanjaro Machame Route journey is filled with anticipation, After arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport, you will meet your Chief Mountain Guide and Drivers who will transfer you to your hotel in Moshi you’ll then settle down then attend an orientation session, our experienced team leaders (Professional Mountain Guides) will guide you through all the important details of your trip and offer advice for a successful journey, your hiking gear will then be carefully inspected and adjusted if necessary, after breakfast, transfer from Hotel to Machame gate from altitude 1,800m about 2 hours complete the registration and entries formality at the gate begin trekking through the rain forest, with a lot of green plants, birds and monkeys reach Machame camp distance about 11 km and 3,000m above the sea level.

Cancellation Policy & Release periods: The following will apply for any amendment, cancellation, or reduction in the number of rooms or travelers of any booking:
§ Between 60-90 days before the scheduled date of arrival, a 50% cancellation fee of the contract will be charged.
§ Between 60-1days before the scheduled date of arrival: a 100 % cancellation fee of the contract will be charged.
§ 60 days before arrival, a credit note available for future use can be your or a family friend’s switch.

After breakfast start trekking a second acclimatize day on the Lava tower hike high altitude, sleep low altitude ascend to lava tower about 4,630m with mid-day lunch then descend to Barranco Camp approximately trekking of 10 km and 6-8 hours meet experience the alpine desert in area you may feel some effects of altitude this is normal and helpful for adaptation.

After breakfast start a short and important hike to Barafu camp the base camp for your summit attempt hike altitude to Barafu arriving in time for rest and early dinner for preparing your climb to the summit the altitude to Barafu is about 4,673m with 4 km only and 4-5 hours.

Descend back to Barafu camp rest and eat, then continue down to Mweka camp

After breakfast final descend through the rain forest reach Mweka Gate for resting and collect certificates of succeeding to reach the summit and say goodbye to the Mountain then drive back to Arusha to continue the safari experience or departure.
