6 Days - Classic Northern Tanzania safari
Tour highlights
This safari offers a compact but well-rounded journey through Tanzania’s most iconic landscapes—covering the lush surroundings of Lake Manyara National Park, the vast open plains of Serengeti National Park, and the wildlife-rich crater within Ngorongoro Conservation Area.
Expect excellent chances of spotting the Big Five, along with large herds of wildebeest, zebras, giraffes, and a variety of predators. Wildlife viewing is consistent throughout the trip, with each park offering something distinct—whether it’s Manyara’s tree-climbing lions, Serengeti’s endless savannah and predator action, or Ngorongoro’s dense concentration of animals.
The experience is immersive and active, with daily game drives, scenic routes, and picnic lunches in the bush, balanced by comfortable stays in lodges and tented camps close to nature. Travel between parks involves some long drives, but these are part of the adventure, often filled with landscapes and wildlife along the way.
Overall, this itinerary is ideal for travellers seeking a classic East African safari that combines strong wildlife sightings, diverse scenery, and an authentic on-the-ground experience within a limited timeframe.
