Itinerary Overview
Travel Itinerary
Upon arrival at the airport, you will be warmly welcomed by a True Africa Escape representative and transferred to your accommodation in Arusha.
Depending on your arrival time, relax after your journey, enjoy the lodge surroundings, or receive a safari briefing from your guide.
Arusha serves as the gateway to Tanzania’s famous northern safari circuit and offers beautiful views of Mount Meru. Dinner and overnight stay in Arusha.
After breakfast, depart for Tarangire National Park, famous for its massive elephant herds, ancient baobab trees, and diverse wildlife. Enjoy a full game drive through varied landscapes while spotting lions, giraffes, zebras, wildebeests, buffaloes, antelopes, and many bird species.
The Tarangire River attracts wildlife throughout the year, making it one of Tanzania’s hidden safari gems.
Picnic lunch inside the park followed by more wildlife viewing before heading to your lodge for dinner and overnight.
