Upon arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport, you'll be met by our representative and transferred to your hotel in Moshi or Arusha. Here, you'll have a pre-climb briefing with your guide, equipment check, and time to rest and acclimate before the adventure begins.

After breakfast, drive to Londorossi Gate for registration, then continue to the Lemosho trailhead. Begin your trek through the lush rainforest, where you may spot wildlife like Colobus monkeys. The trail leads to Mti Mkubwa Camp (Big Tree Camp), your first overnight stop.dailytelegraph

Trek east toward the Lava Tower, an impressive rock formation at 4,630 meters, for acclimatization. After lunch, descend to Barranco Camp, situated in a valley below the imposing Barranco Wall. This "climb high, sleep low" strategy aids in acclimatization.

Begin with a challenging climb up the Barranco Wall, then traverse through the Karanga Valley to reach Karanga Camp for lunch. Continue ascending to Barafu Camp, the base camp for your summit attempt. Rest and prepare for the early morning ascent to the summit.

Around midnight, begin your summit push to Uhuru Peak, the highest point in Africa. The ascent is steep and challenging, but reaching the summit at sunrise offers an unforgettable experience. After celebrating, descend to Mweka Camp for your final night on the mountain.

Descend through the lush rainforest to Mweka Gate, where you'll receive your summit certificates. A vehicle will be waiting to transfer you back to your hotel in Moshi or Arusha for a well-deserved rest and celebration.

Depending on your flight schedule, enjoy a leisurely breakfast and perhaps some souvenir shopping before being transferred to Kilimanjaro International Airport for your departure.
