Travel Itinerary
Your adventure begins with a scenic drive from Moshi to the charming Materuni Village, nestled on the lush slopes of Mount Kilimanjaro. Explore the breathtaking Materuni Waterfalls and enjoy a guided coffee tour led by local Chagga villagers, where you'll learn the traditional coffee-making process from bean to cup. It's a perfect day to connect with Tanzanian culture, savor fresh local cuisine, and soak in the natural beauty before your safari officially begins.
After breakfast, drive toward Tarangire National Park, known for its ancient baobab trees and large elephant herds. Enjoy a thrilling afternoon game drive across its open plains and along the Tarangire River, where you may spot lions, giraffes, wildebeests, and an array of birdlife. Your lodge or camp near the park offers a peaceful setting to unwind after your first day on safari.
Today, set off toward the legendary Serengeti National Park, passing through the scenic highlands and Ngorongoro Conservation Area.
