Travel Itinerary
Arrive at Kilimanjaro Airport, meet your safari representative and transfer by road to Gran Meliá Arusha. This modern city‑hotel offers high‑quality rooms, spa and pool, with some rooms overlooking Mount Meru. Spend the rest of the day relaxing at the hotel before enjoying dinner and your first night in Tanzania; a short Arusha city tour can be arranged if time permits.

Overnight: Gran Meliá Arusha.After breakfast, depart Arusha and drive to Tarangire National Park. Enjoy guided morning and afternoon game drives through baobab‑dotted scenery, looking for large elephant herds, lions, leopards, cheetahs, giraffes, zebras and rich birdlife along the Tarangire River. In the late afternoon, continue to Ngorongoro Oldeani Mountain Lodge, a quiet five‑star lodge between Manyara and Ngorongoro with colonial‑style rooms, pool and good restaurant, for dinner and overnight.

Overnight: Ngorongoro Oldeani Mountain LodgeAfter breakfast, travel from Oldeani to the Ngorongoro Crater. Descend onto the crater floor for a full day of game viewing in this “little Eden”, home to lions, elephants, buffalo, zebras, wildebeest and the rare black rhino as well as hippos and flamingos. Enjoy a picnic lunch at a scenic spot near a hippo pool, then continue your game drive before ascending the rim. Tonight you stay at Ngorongoro Lodge Meliá Collection on the crater rim, with views and comfortable rooms.

Pricing & Payment Terms
- Tour length: 8 days / 7 nights.
- Guests: 1 adult and 1 child.
- Total tour price: enter the USD amount from your quote here.
Payment terms:
- A 25% deposit of the total safari cost is required after the itinerary is finalized, payable via Nature’s Symphony Safaris’ secure online payment link.
- The remaining 75% can be paid on arrival in Tanzania or a few weeks before the safari start date, as agreed with the operator.
Price Includes
- All activities mentioned in the itinerary, unless specifically marked as optional.
- Meals as stated in the day‑by‑day program (Breakfast / Lunch / Dinner).
- National park fees, conservation fees and all applicable taxes (VAT).
- All listed accommodations (lodges, hotels and tented camps) or similar alternatives if fully booked.
- All road transport in a modern 4x4 safari vehicle with pop‑up roof, large windows, fridge, charging ports and radio communication.
- Return airport transfers to/from Kilimanjaro Airport.
- Bottled drinking water in the vehicle on all safari days.
- Services of a professional English‑speaking safari guide throughout the tour.
