1. Booking Confirmation
A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of the required deposit and our issuance of a written confirmation invoice. By making a booking, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

· Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or cash (USD or Tanzanian Shillings at the prevailing exchange rate).
· All bank transfer fees and currency conversion charges are the responsibility of the client.

· The initial deposit of $500 USD is non‑refundable under all circumstances.
· We strongly recommend that you purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover unforeseen cancellations, medical emergencies, and trip interruptions.
4. Included in the Safari Price
· All airport transfers (arrival and departure)
· Accommodation as per the itinerary (on a shared double/twin room basis)
· Meals as specified (breakfast, lunch, and dinner)
· Game drives in a 4x4 safari vehicle with a pop‑up roof
· Services of an experienced, English‑speaking driver‑guide
· Park entrance fees and crater service fees
· Bottled drinking water during game drives
5. Not Included in the Safari Price
· International flights to/from Tanzania
· Travel insurance (mandatory)
· Visa fees (available upon arrival at the airport)
· Alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages (except water)
· Tips and gratuities for guides and lodge staff
· Personal expenses (souvenirs, laundry, phone calls, etc.)
· Any optional activities not mentioned in the itinerary
· Any costs arising from unforeseen events beyond our control (e.g., flight delays, natural disasters, medical evacuations)
6. Itinerary Changes
We reserve the right to modify the itinerary due to weather conditions, road closures, national park regulations, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will make every effort to substitute with suitable alternatives of equal or better value.
7. Health and Fitness
Participants must be in good physical health and disclose any pre‑existing medical conditions or allergies at the time of booking. Pregnant women and individuals with serious health concerns should consult their doctor before booking. We reserve the right to refuse participation if we believe a client's health may be at risk.
8. Travel Insurance
Comprehensive travel insurance is mandatory for all participants. Your policy must cover:
· Medical expenses and emergency evacuation
· Trip cancellation and interruption
· Lost or stolen baggage and personal belongings
Proof of insurance may be requested upon arrival.
9. Liability and Responsibility
· We act as a tour operator and make all arrangements in good faith.
· We are not liable for any injury, damage, loss, or delay caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to: acts of God, weather, strikes, civil unrest, mechanical breakdowns, or wildlife behaviour.
· Clients are responsible for their own safety during game drives and must follow the guide's instructions at all times. Leaving the vehicle during a game drive is strictly prohibited except in designated safe areas.
10. Baggage and Personal Belongings
Clients are responsible for their own luggage and personal effects at all times. We recommend keeping valuables (passports, cash, cameras) with you rather than in checked baggage. We are not liable for loss or damage to personal property.
11. Passports and Visas
It is the client's sole responsibility to ensure that:
· Passports are valid for at least six months beyond the date of entry into Tanzania.
· The appropriate visa is obtained prior to travel (visas are available on arrival for most nationalities).
· Any required vaccinations are up to date (yellow fever certificate may be required).
12. Photography and Media
We may take photographs or videos during the safari for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be included, please inform us in writing prior to departure.
13. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tanzanian courts.
