Travel Itinerary
Upon arrival in Arusha, you will meet your professional safari guide and begin your journey toward Tarangire National Park, one of Tanzania’s hidden safari gems renowned for its large elephant population and spectacular baobab trees. After entering the park, you will enjoy an exciting game drive through the vast savannah landscapes and along the Tarangire River, the main water source attracting wildlife throughout the year. During the safari, you may encounter elephants, lions, giraffes, zebras, wildebeests, impalas, and many species of birds in their natural habitat. The park’s peaceful atmosphere and scenic beauty provide an authentic safari experience away from crowded routes. After the game drive, you will proceed to your lodge or camp for dinner and overnight stay.
After an early breakfast, you will depart for the world-famous Ngorongoro Crater, often referred to as the “Eighth Wonder of the World.” Upon arrival, you will descend approximately 600 meters into the crater floor for a spectacular wildlife experience in one of Africa’s most remarkable natural sanctuaries. The crater is home to an incredible concentration of wildlife, including lions, elephants, buffaloes, zebras, hippos, hyenas, wildebeests, and the rare black rhinoceros. Surrounded by breathtaking crater walls and stunning scenery, the game drive offers exceptional opportunities for photography and close wildlife encounters. You will enjoy a picnic lunch at the crater floor near the hippo pool before continuing your afternoon wildlife viewing. Later in the day, you will ascend the crater and proceed to your lodge for dinner and overnight stay.
