Travel Itinerary
Altitude: ~1,400m (Arusha/Moshi)
A warm welcome to Tanzania, upon arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO), you will be warmly welcomed by our team and transferred to your hotel in Moshi or Arusha, this day is intentionally kept light to allow your body to recover from international travel in the afternoon, your lead mountain guide conducts a detailed trek briefing, explaining the route, daily routines, safety procedures, and altitude awareness, a full gear inspection follows to ensure you have the correct clothing and equipment for the mountain, any missing or unsuitable items can be rented locally. You may take a short walk around town or relax at the hotel.

Distance: ~6 km | Hiking Time: 3–4 hoursAfter breakfast, drive to Londorossi Gate for registration and permits. The trek begins through lush montane rainforest, home to towering trees, moss-covered trunks, and colorful birdlife, the trail is gentle, allowing the body to gradually adjust to altitude
Overnight: MTI MKUBWA CAMP.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation Policy & Release periods: The following will apply for any amendment, cancellation, or reduction in the number of rooms or travelers of any booking:
§ Between 60-90 days before the scheduled date of arrival, a 50% cancellation fee of the contract will be charged.
§ Between 60-1days before the scheduled date of arrival: a 100 % cancellation fee of the contract will be charged.
§ 60 days before arrival, a credit note available for future use can be your or a family friend’s switch.
