After breakfast, the safari crew departs for Tarangire National Park. The first check is in Arusha Town for any last-minute purchases before we head off on a 2-day luxurious Tanzanian safari to Tarangire and Ngorongoro Crater. Tarangire is widely known for its big elephant population and baobab trees. It is in the middle of an annual migratory cycle that consists of as many as 3000 elephants, 25,000 wildebeests, and 30,000 zebras.
