On this tour, we’ll visit several iconic sites in Lisbon, Portugal’s beautiful capital. We’ll start right in the heart of the city, at Praça do Comércio, the former royal palace, and then head to Praça do Comércio. We’ll start right in the heart of the city, at Praça do Comércio, the site of the former royal palace. From there, we’ll head to Praça do Rossio ( Recommendations for some typical shops. Some free time for shopping), passing through other streets, the City Hall, the Old Cathedral, and the Castle.
After lunch, we headed by train to Belém. There we visited three iconic landmarks of the city and the country: the Monument to the Discoveries, the Jerónimos Monastery, and the Belém Tower (the latter of which we viewed from the outside). This area is also home to an iconic pastry shop that sells a unique pastry. You can only find it here. Free time for personal shopping
