GUARANTEE DEPOSIT: A non-refundable guarantee deposit of USD 500/pax is required to confirm and secure your slot in the tour package. This must be settled within seven (7) calendar days from the date of confirmation, unless otherwise specified. Failure to comply may result in automatic release of the reserved booking.
FULL PAYMENT: The remaining balance must be paid in full thirty (30) to forty-five (45) days prior to the scheduled departure date. In the event payment is not received within this period, the reservation will be subject to cancellation and forfeiture of the deposit. For bookings made less than a month before departure, full payment must be completed within seven (7) days of receiving the confirmation invoice.
VISA DENIAL POLICY: In the case of a visa application denial, the guarantee deposit will be non-refundable. However, a passenger substitution may be allowed, provided that the new traveler has a valid visa, the airline ticket has not yet been issued, and the replacement joins the same departure date.
TICKET ISSUANCE: Airline tickets are typically issued approximately one (1) week before departure. This schedule may change depending on airline policies, seasonal demand, and operational capacity. Clients will be notified of any adjustments accordingly.
DATE CHANGE POLICY: Once the Guarantee Deposit is received, the chosen travel date is considered final and confirmed. Any request to change the travel date after payment is received will not be accommodated.
IMMIGRATION POLICY: Travelers who are unable to pass immigration clearance at any international airport will not be eligible for any refund. Immigration approval is at the sole discretion of the immigration officer, and the agency holds no responsibility for decisions made at immigration.
FLIGHT SCHEDULE CHANGES: In the event of unexpected flight schedule changes initiated by the airline, clients are required to comply with the revised flight arrangements. Rebooking is only possible under special circumstances, such as natural disasters, force majeure (e.g., war, civil unrest, pandemic), or government-imposed travel restrictions. Refunds are not available in such cases.
CANCELLATION POLICY
All payments, including the Guarantee Deposit, are non-refundable and non-transferable once made. This applies to all tour components, regardless of usage.
Cancellations made 45 days or less before departure will result in the full forfeiture of the deposit and balance.
No-shows, immigration denial, or late arrivals on the day of departure are considered cancellations and are not eligible for refund or rebooking.
In cases of force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, war), rebooking may be offered subject to supplier approval. Refunds are not guaranteed.
