Son Tra Peninsula, 10km northeast of Da Nang City, is regarded as a primeval forest among young cities and is also a national nature reserve. The species of animals and plants living on the peninsula are rich and diverse, but some animals have been included in the IUCN Red List and are on the verge of extinction. Among them, the "white-rumped langur" must be mentioned because there are only a handful of them now. . Linh Ung Pagoda is a representative attraction in Da Nang, on the Son Tra Peninsula. From the inside of the temple, you can overlook the entire Da Nang. The view is very wide, and you can also see the entire port.
Explore the beauty of Marble Mountain, located about 8 kilometers southeast of the center of Da Nang City, Vietnam, bounded by the Han River to the west and the South China Sea to the east. Surrounded by white sandy beaches, it is composed of five marble mountains: Jinshan Mountain, Wood Mountain, Water Mountain, Volcano Mountain, and Earth Mountain, hence the name Five Elements Mountain. The Five Elements Mountain has a peculiar shape, with five peaks rising from the flat beach, majestic and towering.
Marble Mountain is located on the route to Hoi An in Da Nang. For the convenience of sightseeing, tourists can go hiking at Marble Mountain first and then return to Hoi An in the evening, just in time to enjoy the beautiful night scenery of Hoi An.

2:30 PM | Visit Linh Ung Pagoda – Son Tra Peninsula
- Arrive at the Son Tra Peninsula, also known as “Monkey Mountain.”
- Explore Linh Ung Pagoda, home to the tallest Lady Buddha statue in Vietnam (67 meters tall), offering breathtaking views of Da Nang Bay.
3:00 PM | Depart for Marble Mountain
- Continue the journey south toward Ngu Hanh Son (Marble Mountain), a cluster of five marble and limestone hills named after the five elements.
- Discover hidden caves, ancient pagodas, and stone-carving villages.
- Climb to scenic viewpoints to enjoy panoramic views of Da Nang and the coastline.
- Visit Tam Thai Pagoda and Huyen Khong Cave and browse local marble sculpture workshops.
5:00 PM | Transfer to Hoi An Ancient Town
- Depart from Marble Mountain and head to the charming UNESCO-listed town of Hoi An, about a 30-minute drive away.
6:00 PM | Dinner and Walking Tour in Hoi An
