Travel Itinerary

• Day 1 : Arrival in Kathmandu (1,400m) 30–45 mins transfer

  Upon your arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport, you will be warmly welcomed by our airport representative and transferred to your hotel in the heart of Kathmandu. After check-in, take some time to rest and recover from your journey, or step out to explore the lively streets of Thamel, a popular tourist hub filled with cafes, trekking shops, and cultural charm. In the evening, you will attend a detailed trek briefing where your guide will explain the route, safety measures, and what to expect during the journey. Overnight stay will be at a comfortable 3★ hotel in Kathmandu.

  
  

• Day 2 : Sightseeing in Kathmandu Valley 6-7 hours

  After breakfast, embark on a guided cultural tour of Kathmandu Valley, a treasure trove of history, spirituality, and architecture. You will visit the sacred Pashupatinath Temple, one of the holiest Hindu temples, where you can observe traditional rituals along the Bagmati River. Continue to the magnificent Boudhanath Stupa, one of the largest Buddhist stupas in the world, radiating peace and spirituality. You will also explore Swayambhunath Stupa, perched on a hilltop offering panoramic views of the valley. After a fulfilling day, return to your hotel for an overnight stay in Kathmandu.

  
  

• Day 3 : Travel to Pokhara (822m) 6–7 hrs drive / 25–30 mins flight

  Following breakfast, you will travel to Pokhara, the gateway to the Annapurna region. You can choose a scenic drive along winding highways beside rivers, terraced farmlands, and traditional villages, offering a glimpse into rural Nepalese life. Alternatively, a short flight provides breathtaking aerial views of snow-capped Himalayan peaks. Upon arrival in Pokhara, you will be transferred to your hotel near the serene Phewa Lake. The rest of the day is free to relax, enjoy lakeside cafes, or take a peaceful evening stroll. Overnight stay will be at a comfortable hotel in Pokhara.

• Day 4 : Drive to Kande & Trek to Deurali (2,100m) 1 hr drive + 4–5 hrs trek

  After breakfast, drive to Kande, the starting point of your trekking adventure. The trail begins with a gradual ascent through stone staircases and forested paths leading to Australian Camp, a popular viewpoint offering stunning panoramic views of the Annapurna range. From here, continue trekking through lush rhododendron forests and tranquil landscapes until you reach Deurali. The peaceful surroundings and fresh mountain air make it a perfect place to unwind. Overnight stay will be at a cozy tea house in Deurali.

• Day 5 : Trek to Forest Camp / Low Camp (2,600m) 5–6 hours

  Today’s journey takes you deeper into the pristine wilderness of the Annapurna Region. The trail winds through dense forests filled with rhododendron, oak, and maple trees, creating a magical atmosphere, especially during the blooming season. The peaceful environment, chirping birds, and occasional wildlife sightings make this day particularly enjoyable. As you gradually ascend, you will reach Forest Camp or Low Camp, where you will spend the night in a traditional tea house surrounded by nature.

• Day 6 : Trek to High Camp (3,550m) 5–6 hours

  Leaving the dense forest behind, the trail gradually opens up to reveal breathtaking ridge-line views. You will walk along scenic paths with Machhapuchhre (Fishtail Mountain) appearing closer and more majestic with every step. The landscape becomes more alpine, with fewer trees and more open terrain. The panoramic views of surrounding peaks make this one of the most visually rewarding days of the trek. Overnight stay will be at a tea house in High Camp, where you can enjoy the peaceful mountain ambiance.

• Day 7 : Hike to Mardi Base Camp (4,500m) & Trek to Badal Danda (3,250m) 7–8 hours

  This is the most exciting and rewarding day of your trek. You will start early in the morning to hike towards Mardi Base Camp, following a narrow ridge with dramatic landscapes on both sides. As you ascend, you will be surrounded by spectacular views of Machhapuchhre, Annapurna South, and Hiunchuli. Reaching the base camp is a truly unforgettable experience, offering panoramic vistas of the Himalayas. After spending some time soaking in the views and capturing memories, you will descend carefully to Badal Danda, a beautiful viewpoint area often above the clouds. Overnight stay will be at a tea house.

• Day 8 : Trek to Siding Village & Drive to Pokhara 4–5 hrs trek + 2 hrs drive

  Today, you will descend through scenic trails passing through forests, terraced farmlands, and traditional villages. The route offers a glimpse into the rural lifestyle and culture of the local Gurung community. Upon reaching Siding Village, you will take a jeep drive back to Pokhara. After arriving, check into your hotel and enjoy a well-deserved rest. You may also explore the lakeside area in the evening. Overnight stay will be in Pokhara.

• Day 9 : Sightseeing in Pokhara 5–6 hours

  After breakfast, set out to explore the natural beauty of Pokhara. Begin with an early morning visit to Sarangkot to witness a breathtaking sunrise over the Annapurna range. Later, enjoy a relaxing boat ride on Phewa Lake, visit Davis Falls, and explore the mystical Gupteshwor Cave. Pokhara offers a perfect blend of relaxation and scenic beauty, making it an ideal place to unwind after the trek. Overnight stay will be at your hotel in Pokhara.

• Day 10 : Fly to Kathmandu 25–30 minutes

  Today, you will take a short and scenic flight back to Kathmandu. Upon arrival, transfer to your hotel and enjoy your free time exploring local markets, shopping for souvenirs, or simply relaxing. In the evening, you may choose to enjoy a farewell dinner celebrating the successful completion of your trek. Overnight stay will be at your hotel in Kathmandu.

• Day 11 : Departure from Kathmandu 30–45 mins transfer

  After breakfast, you will be transferred to Tribhuvan International Airport for your final departure. As your journey comes to an end, you leave with unforgettable memories of the Mardi Base Camp Trek, stunning Himalayan landscapes, and warm Nepalese hospitality.
