Itinerary Overview
Travel Itinerary
Upon your arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport in Kathmandu, you will be warmly greeted by our airport representative and transferred to your hotel in a private vehicle. The drive usually takes around 20–30 minutes, depending on traffic conditions in the valley. After check-in, you will have time to rest, recover from your international journey, and acclimatize to the new environment.
If time permits, you may take a short walk around the lively streets of Thamel, a popular tourist hub filled with shops, cafes, and trekking gear stores. In the evening, a detailed pre-trek briefing will be conducted by your trekking guide, where you will be introduced to the itinerary, safety guidelines, altitude considerations, and essential packing instructions. Overnight stay will be in a comfortable 3-star hotel in Kathmandu.
After an early breakfast, you begin your scenic overland journey toward Pokhara via the famous Prithvi Highway. The drive takes approximately 6 to 8 hours, depending on road conditions, traffic, and weather. The route follows the Trishuli River for a major part of the journey, offering beautiful views of flowing water, terraced hills, green valleys, and small roadside settlements.
You will have short stops for tea, lunch, and rest along the way. As you approach Pokhara, the landscape becomes more peaceful and visually dramatic, with glimpses of distant Himalayan peaks on clear days. Upon arrival, you will check into your hotel and spend the evening at leisure along the serene Lakeside area. Overnight stay will be in a comfortable hotel in Pokhara.

- Licensed English-speaking trekking guide
- Porter service (1 porter for 2 trekkers)
- Trekking permits: ACAP (Annapurna Conservation Area Permit) & TIMS card
- Guide & porter wages, insurance, food, and accommodation
