• Day 1 : Arrival in Kathmandu (1,400m)

  Upon your arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport in Kathmandu, you will be warmly welcomed by our representative and transferred to your hotel in the heart of the city. The drive introduces you to the vibrant chaos of Kathmandu, where ancient culture meets modern trekking tourism. After check-in, the rest of the day is completely free for rest, recovery, and light exploration of the lively Thamel area, known for its trekking shops, cafes, and cultural atmosphere. In the evening, a detailed pre-trek briefing will be conducted by your guide, covering route overview, altitude safety, packing essentials, weather conditions, and expectations for the Himalayan journey ahead. • Day 2 : Flight to Lukla Airport (2,860m) & Trek to Phakding (2,610m) 3–4 Hours Trek

  Early morning, you board a scenic mountain flight to Lukla, one of the most dramatic airport experiences in the world. The flight itself offers breathtaking views of snow-covered peaks and deep valleys. After landing, you meet your porter team and begin the trek into the Everest region. The trail gently descends through pine forests, small Sherpa villages, prayer flags, mani stones, and suspension bridges crossing the roaring Dudh Koshi River. This is your first real experience of Himalayan trekking rhythm, slow, peaceful, and immersive. • Day 3 : Phakding to Namche Bazaar (3,440m) 5–6 Hours Trek

  Today’s journey becomes more challenging as you enter the protected Sagarmatha National Park, home to rare wildlife and iconic Himalayan landscapes. The trail includes multiple suspension bridge crossings, dense forests of rhododendron and pine, and continuous uphill sections that test your endurance. As you climb higher, the first distant views of Mount Everest begin to appear between the ridges, creating an unforgettable emotional moment. • Day 4 : Acclimatization Day in Namche Bazaar 3–4 Hours Hike + Rest

  This crucial acclimatization day is designed to help your body adjust to reduced oxygen levels. You will take a short but scenic hike to Everest View Hotel or nearby Khumjung village, where panoramic views of Everest, Ama Dablam, and Thamserku dominate the skyline. Along the way, you also experience Sherpa culture, monasteries, and traditional mountain lifestyle. After returning, the rest of the day is relaxed, allowing time for coffee, exploration, photography, and recovery. Proper acclimatization today is key for a safe journey ahead into higher altitudes. • Day 5 : Namche Bazaar to Tengboche (3,860m) 5–6 Hours Trek

  The trail today is considered one of the most scenic sections of the entire Everest region. You descend through forests and river valleys before climbing gradually along ridges with uninterrupted views of Himalayan giants. As you approach Tengboche, the spiritual energy becomes stronger, highlighted by the famous Tengboche Monastery, a sacred Buddhist site surrounded by dramatic mountain backdrops including Ama Dablam. • Day 6 : Tengboche to Dingboche (4,410m) 5–6 Hours Trek

  Leaving the forest zone behind, the landscape transitions into open alpine valleys with fewer trees and more rugged terrain. • Day 7 : Acclimatization Day in Dingboche 3–4 Hours Hike + Rest

  Another essential acclimatization day is spent hiking to nearby ridges such as Nagarjun Hill. The climb is steep but highly rewarding, offering panoramic views of Makalu, Lhotse, Island Peak, and surrounding glaciers. • Day 9 : Lobuche to Everest Base Camp & Return to Gorak Shep 7–8 Hours Trek

  This is one of the most important and highly anticipated days of the entire Everest journey. The trail gradually ascends along the edge of the mighty Khumbu Glacier, where the landscape becomes increasingly rugged, icy, and dramatic. Walking across rocky moraines and high-altitude glacial terrain, you experience the raw beauty of the Himalayas at extreme elevation. Upon reaching Everest Base Camp, you stand at the foot of the world’s highest mountain, surrounded by expedition camps during climbing season and the incredible atmosphere of mountaineering history. After spending meaningful time at this iconic destination, absorbing the surroundings and capturing memories, you retrace your steps back to Gorak Shep. • Day 10 : Hike to Kala Patthar & Trek to Dzongla 6–7 Hours Trek

  Early in the morning, you begin a challenging ascent toward Kala Patthar, the most famous viewpoint in the Everest region. As the sun rises, golden light slowly spreads across Mount Everest and surrounding peaks, creating one of the most breathtaking panoramic Himalayan views possible. After spending time at the summit, you descend carefully back to Gorak Shep and continue your journey toward Dzongla. The trail transitions through high-altitude rocky terrain, glacial sections, and open alpine landscapes. • Day 11 : Cross Cho La Pass & Trek to Thagnak 7–8 Hours Trek

  Today is one of the most technical, physically demanding, and adventurous sections of the entire trek. You begin early to cross the challenging Cho La Pass at over 5,400 meters, where icy trails, steep ascents, and glacier crossings require careful footing and steady pace. Weather conditions can change quickly, adding to the difficulty and excitement of the day. Despite the challenges, reaching the top of the pass rewards you with dramatic 360-degree Himalayan views. After a careful descent over rocky and icy terrain, you arrive at Thagnak, a small settlement where you can finally rest and recover after an intense high-altitude crossing. • Day 12 : Thagnak to Gokyo (4,790m) 4–5 Hours Trek

  The trail today follows the edge of the vast Ngozumpa Glacier, the longest glacier in Nepal, offering a surreal and ever-changing icy landscape. As you continue trekking, the terrain gradually softens, and the stunning Gokyo Valley begins to appear. The sight of turquoise glacial lakes surrounded by towering Himalayan peaks creates a dramatic contrast to previous rugged sections. • Day 13 : Hike to Gokyo Ri 3–4 Hours Hike + Rest

  Early morning, you undertake a steep but rewarding climb to Gokyo Ri, one of the most spectacular viewpoints in the entire Himalayas. From the summit, you are rewarded with an incredible panoramic view of Everest, Lhotse, Makalu, and Cho Oyu all visible in a single sweeping horizon. After spending time at the top and descending back to Gokyo, the rest of the day is reserved for rest and relaxation. • Day 14 : Gokyo to Dole (4,200m) 5–6 Hours Trek

  The descent begins as you leave the high-altitude Gokyo Valley behind. The trail leads through alpine meadows, yak grazing fields, and scenic ridges with gradually improving oxygen levels. As you descend, the environment becomes greener and more welcoming, offering a refreshing contrast to the previous high-altitude challenges. • Day 15 : Dole to Namche Bazaar 5–6 Hours Trek

The return to this lively mountain town feels refreshing and energetic after days in remote high-altitude regions. • Day 16 : Namche Bazaar to Lukla Airport 6–7 Hours Trek

  This is the final trekking day of your Himalayan journey. You descend through familiar trails, crossing suspension bridges, forests, and river valleys while gradually moving back toward Lukla. Although the path is physically easier due to descent, the long duration makes it a full trekking day. Upon arrival in Lukla, you celebrate the completion of your Everest Base Camp and Gokyo Ri expedition with your guide and porter team, marking the end of a life-changing adventure. • Day 17 : Flight to Kathmandu Half Day

  Early morning, you board a scenic flight from Lukla back to Kathmandu, enjoying final aerial views of the Himalayan range. Upon landing, you are transferred to your hotel where you can rest and relax after the trek. The remainder of the day is free for shopping, sightseeing, or simply unwinding in the city.
