Itinerary Overview
This 8 Days Short Annapurna Circuit Trek is a fast-paced Himalayan adventure that combines high mountain landscapes, cultural villages, and one of the world’s highest trekking passes, Thorong La (5,416m).
The journey begins with arrival in Kathmandu followed by a scenic drive to the Annapurna region. The trek passes through beautiful villages like Pisang and Manang, where trekkers experience Tibetan-influenced culture and stunning mountain scenery.
A key highlight is the acclimatization day in Manang, which helps prepare for the challenging ascent to Thorong Phedi and the crossing of Thorong La Pass. From the top, trekkers enjoy breathtaking panoramic views of the Annapurna and Dhaulagiri ranges.
The trek then descends to the sacred pilgrimage site of Muktinath, followed by a drive or optional flight to Pokhara, marking the end of this memorable Himalayan journey.
This itinerary is ideal for experienced trekkers looking for a short but rewarding high-altitude adventure in the Annapurna region.
Travel Itinerary
Arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport. Our team will welcome you and transfer you to the hotel. Short briefing about the trek and preparation. Overnight in Kathmandu.
Early morning drive from Kathmandu to Chame or Dharapani via Besisahar. The road passes through rivers, hills, waterfalls, and rural villages. Overnight stay in a teahouse.
Begin trekking through pine forests and small settlements. Gradual uphill walk with beautiful views of Annapurna II and Lamjung Himal. Overnight in Pisang.
Trek through Upper Pisang route with stunning Himalayan views and dry mountain landscapes. Reach Manang, a beautiful high-altitude village with Tibetan culture.
Terms of Service
- A 40% advance payment is required at the time of booking to confirm the trip.
- The remaining balance must be paid before departure of the trek/tour.
- Once the trip has started or after departure, no refund will be provided for any unused services.
- The advance payment is non-refundable in case of cancellation.
- Any additional costs due to changes, delays, or personal requirements must be paid by the client.
- All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation from Nepalaya Treks & Expedition.
