Travel Itinerary
You will be picked up from your Nairobi hotel or Jomo Kenyatta International Airport and transferred to Wilson Airport for your scheduled morning flight to Samburu. The one-hour flight offers spectacular views of Mount Kenya, rolling plains, and northern Kenya's dramatic landscapes.
Upon arrival at the airstrip, your safari guide will welcome you and begin an en-route game drive as you head to your lodge or tented camp. After lunch and some relaxation, depart for an afternoon game drive in search of elephants, lions, leopards, reticulated giraffes, Grevy's zebras, and the elusive gerenuk.
Return to your lodge before sunset for dinner and overnight.

After an early breakfast, enjoy a full day exploring Samburu National Reserve with morning and afternoon game drives. The reserve's semi-arid environment supports wildlife found nowhere else in southern Kenya, making it one of the country's most rewarding safari destinations.
